Good stay for 1-2 nights

the staff is very welcoming. beds are comfy and the room is pretty clean. the place is very near to GM Renaissance Center and very close to Downtown, good breakfast.

it's most like a motel, the room entrance and the only window are facing the street or the balcony on the upper level. Breakfast has a poor selection. also, rooms are very small.

Eine sehr teure Hotelrate für sehr wenig Komfort.

Ein sehr nettes und bemühtes Personal. Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen im Zimmer vorhanden. Weiße, saubere Handtücher und weiße Bettbezüge.

Das Zimmer hat gerochen. Kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Das Frühstück war von schlechter Qualität. Komische Gestalten in den Räumlichkeiten - ich wurde von einer Bettlerin im Frühstückssaal angesprochen.

Horrible.

The rooms were not clean. We had to switch TWICE and ended up in a room that we were not supposed to be in due to a safety issue. And now we have had trouble reaching a manager for a refund because we had to book a completely different hotel the same night.

A perfect location at a fair price but needs some updating from their new owner

Locating was an A+ and employees were friendly and welcoming

Breakfasts were just fair with limited quantities and a broken waffle maker. Also lacking room service with empty facial tissue boxes and a wobbly desk to work from

It was a good place for a short stay and the location was convenient to downtown Detroit.

The staff during check-in and check-out were very friendly. The shower was very spacious and the bed was fairly comfortable.

The breakfast options were somewhat limited as there was no batter to make waffles. I did appreciate, though, that there was a refrigerator which contained yogurt. It would have been nice to have some cereal options. There were no tissues in the room. There was a tissue box, but no tissues inside.

Not worth it

Staff was very friendly

Beds not comfortable. Full size bed provided is not big enough for 2 people. This place needs to be upgraded to meet the Choice Hotel standards. This is a Motel that Quality Inn has probably taken over

Poor.

The "deals" happening in the parking lot all night long. There is nothing I liked about this place whatsoever.

My keycard didn't work every single night, to which they do that so tenants are properly removed from property. A lot of activity in the parking lot at night, check on your vehicle. Room was dirty, I had to put a towel under the main door to stop the draft of air and bugs. My toilet paper looked like someone had spit on it so I had to get new rolls and the front desk said I should have had toilet paper. Wifi didn't work. Constantly heard outside noise.

Trop bruyant!! La route, le train, mais surtout les autres clients qui parlent très fort le soir et très tôt le matin. La propreté n’était pas nette.

Worst place I've stayed

The facility was under construction. Handrails are paint was everywhere. My actual reservation was canceled prior to my arrival. The room (bed) was dirty. The tv did not work.

The room was not cleaned. There were NO towels. The receptionist did not answer the phone. The shuttle never came for us.

I know you are under construction but we had basically no hot water, the toilet (room 246) was barely secured to the ground and the outlets on the lamp did not work. also very dark in the rooms

Moderate motel in a location I wanted to be.

It is a "tired" downtown motel trying to clean up and modernize. It is almost on the Detroit Grand Prix course and this makes it hard to get to race weekend.

No room service. Area was on the boarder of not being clean. While some updating of shower and room details it is still a moderate motel.

Great staff, clean, comfortable motel close to Hart plaza

My friends used my reservation and said it was great and my cc was never charged. They arrived early in the following morning and the reservation had been cancelled by booking.com at midnight. The motel accomodated and didn't even charge the missed night. The price, free parking and the distance to the festival was perfect and the staff were extremely helpful with the mixup. Too bad the price doubled for next year!

The automatic cancellation of my booking at midnight without my knowledge causing frustration at time of arrival.

Bed bugs and other insects infested. I would not suggest anyone to stay hrte. My body is still itching.

it was cheap and I would never stay there again the pictures online are deceiving!

I like the location it was right by everything & that is downtown don’t have to go far at all to get where your going

the picture’s online are deceiving the rooms are dirty the shower curtain was ripped ashes on the floor plus it smelled like cigarettes the mirror was dirty I could see hair on my bathroom floor. walls are dirty as well as the Floors.

Never again in a billion years.

Waffles and cereal. 2 choices of cereal. That's it

The pictures from booking.com were way different than what we saw in person. The place is located near Ford Field, but outside of that it was trash. Filthy room filthy bathroom walls were oozing a weird color, sheets were BROWN! I went to a store and bought sheets that's how disgusting the room was. We all slept in FULL CLOTHES because it was so filthy.

there was a horrible smell, the heater was broke in our room and extremely loud when it was on. I checked out 2 days early and then got charged for an extra night

You get what you pay for?

The location

Looks old. The key to the room kept not working. On two occasions staff had to come to let me in. The room is not worth it the $50 deposit they charge. They are supposed to refund it upon check-out. I checked my bank account and I still haven't received the refund. The breakfast is not good. When will I get the refund?

Good for one very basic night near city center

The reception is nice, both at check in and out. The location is not far away from center of town, if you care to walk a bit. There's a simple breakfast with plenty of coffee and it does the trick.

Its an old motel, outdated and feels dirty. The location is good but in an area not so pleasant. Unless you walk quite a bit theres no place to eat or shop really. Its noisy in general, and people seem to hang out just outside rooms.
