Overall, we had a wonderful stay.
The grounds were beautiful. The front part of the hotel seemed to be the original rooms of the house. We enjoyed walking through those rooms. Our own room had a balcony that overlooked the courtyard and the gardens, that were beautifully manicured. The staff were warm and friendly. Overall, the hotel is beautiful, although a little dated. We had a wonderful experience.

Mediocre
Carpet not clean. A boxed breakfast even in the time of Covid did not meet my expectations. With only 3 couples in the entire resort it would have been so easy to do more

Nice quiet stay in lovely lakeside setting.
Lovely setting with lake across the road with private beach area. The facility is old and quite charming.however the rooms esp the bathroom sare a bit tired. Bed very comfortable Lovely dinner and breakfast and food prices were reasonable
Some rooms are advertised as lakeview however the lake is not visible due to many trees that totally obscure view. Balcony chairs are uncomfortable The rooms esp the bathrooms are a bit tired.

location is good, peaceful location, the beach is with clean water ...
i didn't know why they kept prices so high $400 per night, which was not worth..its ripped off when they are unable to offer all services like sauna, closed pool etc. Dinner/lunch menu is limited, even for water bottle are charged when they are taking 400 per night. i won't recommend it. found snake sitting at the backyard of room 102 check picture
