The location was ok for what we needed. However, the nightclub next door was a problem. It was loud enough to wake us up at 2:30am. People were drunk and fighting and being loud with yelling at each other, etc.
The false advertising. They advertised a hottub on the website but there wasn't one. The staff at the front desk acted like they didn't know what we were saying or they can't speak/understand English. The elevator sounded like it was going to break down and water damage in the bathroom.

Almost nothing
Everything. People and dogs were making noise all night long inside and outside. Knocking on the doors, sounding horns, arguing etc. It was kind of scary. Location is bad too. Phone in the rooms did not work. Homeless people in front of hotel. Breakfast was almost non existed but biggest problem was yelling and other noises around 3am. Overall really bad experience and if I could rate it in negative numbers I would do it. Unless they fix that this hotel should be closed.

Ok Location
#1The first room we were assigned, felt like the air conditioner was on. Upon further investigation, the heating unit was falling out of the wall and was half way out! The cold air was directly coming from the outside.
#2 There was a teenage boy walking up and down the hallway and lobby screaming extreme sexual things in his phone. Staff refused to address this.
#3 Dirty Sheets, the blankets were full of burn holes.

The staff are the best I have met so far and I've been to every hotel in MN not even close to as nice hard work nor understanding as the staff here
Nothing to say maybe the vending machines could have sold(real food) but there's a gas station like two blocks away so it doesn't really matter
