Love this Property!!!

We love the size of the 2 bedroom suites, we appreciate the fact that we r allowed to get away with our dogs, the breakfast is excellent and the social evening Sunday to Wednesdays is outstanding!!! I must add I myself love and enjoy seeing the cows across the street. They add a bit of a homey feeling to my stay. I also love the fact that the toilets aren't those low to the ground ones most hotels seem to be installing now. I have hip and back issues and those low ones make it very difficult to get up off of.

I dislike the beds and don't sleep well in them. I find them too high to get on and off them . Plus I don't find the mattress easy to move around on. I really wish there was an option to get a suite with a lower bed and not such a thick mattress. Firmer would be easier to move around on.

Not bad

The staff were pleasant especially the housekeeping staff. The room was clean.

I didn't like the fact that the pullout sofa was a single bed. It wasn't very comfortable and the pillows for it were dirty.

Don't make promises you can't keep!

The hotel was very nice. I booked through booking.com and was very disappointed. The rooms i requested were not the rooms i got when i arrived at the hotel. They didnt even exist at the hotel.It caused a major complication for me as soon as I arrived. I will not use booking.com again!

The manager of the hotel was very accommodating in making new arrangements for my family after the Major screw up with booking.com. although,i found out later, during check out that I was not receiving the wedding discount i was promised to receive in regards to the inaccurate room accommodations booking.com gave me. Apparently the manager was in a hurry and told me whatever she had to at that moment to keep me happy! A simple apology was all I received. If it wasn't for the hotel being so comfy and the free breakfast that was indeed very good i would not recommend staying here. I wish there was a little more honour and dignity for ones self in this world. Not these quick hits of dopamine to keep us all happy and moving forward into the next moment. Don't advertise you can accommodate then turn around and say sorry actually i cant do that anymore or never could. Staybridge, shares a Building with Holiday in. I paid like 730.00 dollars for 2 "suits" that could sleep 7 and have lots of extra space. I ended up with 1 suit on staybridge side and a room with 2 queen beds on holiday inn side. I was dissapointed i had to settle but grateful they made something work for me in the end because the hotels were fully booked. To hell in a hand basket this world is going.

Awesome rooms well appointed suits with everything you’d need from dishwasher to wine glasses and everything in between. Spacious room with King bed. Great for a wedding weekend or long term stays.

Great stay, clean and quiet!

Breakfast was great but had few options for my celiac child. Loved that the pool was open early and that everything was clean.

More options are required for those with dietary restrictions.

The king suite was a nice room, having a kitchenette in a room is always a nice bonus.

The elevators were so busy, it was insane. Also, there were no extra blankets for my kids and we were given the run around by front desk for an hour before they told us they were out.

Breakfast was excellent We stayed 3 nights and there were 2 of us . Only complaint was we needed at least 4 towels for 3 nights; we got 2 towels only

The breakfast was top knotch probably the best I've had at a hotel not to mention the unreal view we had while eating.

The price could have been a lot better for the size of the hotel room. Thr pictures in the ads made it seem like the room was a lot larger then in reality. But other then the size of the room the stay was great.

Will not be staying here again

Very nice hotel in a great area. Room was clean with a good view. I liked having plates and cutlery in the room as well.

The staff seemed almost annoyed that we were there. The fact that they had to run from one side of the lobby to the other depending on which part of the hotel you check into seems a bit ridiculous. They also use the same room numbers on every floor for both hotel names. Just use different numbers! The night we stayed they had a large party in the event room on the main floor. We could hear everything happening in the party on the 7th floor! They had the music bumping until nearly midnight.
