Breakfast and the server who was very attentive and professional.

The AC was turned off and the room was 80 degrees. We could not control the temperature and complained to The front desk. However they could only apologize and not control. We had to open the sliding glass door to The room to cool the room. It was a miserable and uncomfortable night. I wasn’t even offered a discount when I checked out. I have never experienced this from any Embassy Suite locations. I will not do business with Embassy again.

Terrible maintenance of the room and facilities

One out of four elevators was in working order and that only elevator needs serious maintenence. Doesn't even sound or feel safe. Traffic to get up or down since the hotel was full of people and the wait for the elevator to be empty us impossible. The room was terrible... we awoke ti water all over the floor from the kitchen sink, the bathroom is full of mold and the ceiling is falling down from the water damage. Looked like a cheap motel.

Well stay somewhere else and want a partial refund at least

The free breakfast was extensive, wait staff was great, and the room was large.

The staff were dismissive except the ones cleaning up they were great, about our room AC didn’t work and many others having same issues plus dirty rooms, pool had been shut down and we drove 8 hrs and chose a hotel with a pool because we had 5 children with us, several areas cautioned off, we were on 6th floor and some elevators were broken, had to wait long and several rounds for elevators with all of our luggage.

Not worth the money.

My sister’s room had no AC and she was not switched to another room. It was very uncomfortable in their room. We also specifically picked this location for the pool traveling with small children and were informed it was not available upon arrival. My room/sheets smelled a bit like smoke.

This stay was disappointing, and I will not be staying there again.

The breakfast was good, and the staff members serving and cleaning up were fairly friendly.

The pool was closed. The AC in my room did not work. It was so hot that night that I was unable to rest. Also, when I reserved the room I requested an extra bed. I received confirmation that I would have the bed, but it was not provided.

We stayed for three nights and our bathroom was as never cleaned. This is supposed to be a suite but there were no pots to make a small meal. They are charging for parking? And this is not downtown Richmond.

Superb location and amenities. The Breakfast spread was a very pleasant surprise.

The gentleman at the reception desk at check in, was extremely knowledgeable, polite, welcoming and exceptional in all facets. I would stay there again just to converse with this gentleman again. Unfortunately I did not catch his name as I was exhausted from driving, but he was tall and wore "round" glasses. He is an asset to your company and should be used to train others in his position at ALL of your facilities.

The bathroom door of our room was heavily damaged and did not close properly. But the room was exceptional.

Convenient hotel for a short stay,

The location was good. The breakfast was okay, I remember it being better in the Embassy Suites hotel located in New York.

The rooms could be cleaned everyday. The air conditioner leaked badly in my room.

I did not enjoy my stay. I wanted to leave but it would’ve been a waste of my money.

The space of the suite

The desk manager Anthony was very rude/judgmental. Outdated furniture. The room temperature was uncomfortable. It was very hot. I think the thermostat was broken. I requested assistance and the staff brought a box fan and placed it near my door in the room. Ridiculous.

Freundlichkeit des Personals war angenehm. Die Sauberkeit in den öffentlichen Räumen war recht gut

Wie üblich sind Hilton Hotels eher älter und wenig gut gewartet. Ich hatte eine abklappbare Sitzfläche in der Badewanne, die aber ziemlich aus der Wand herausgebrochen ist. Die Emaille der Wanne war abgeplatzt und machte einem großen Rostfleck Platz. Vor zwei Vorhängen (im Erdgeschoss) war nur einer da. Tapeten blätterten von den Wänden und Rotschimmel war in den Badezimmer-Ecken und Fugen zu sehen. Auch waren Schimmelflecken am Duschvorhang. Der Teppich war durchgelaufen und warf spürbar Falten auf.

Love the atmosphere, the staff, accommodating and friendly. Barataff nice, very helpful, the kitchen who delivered my food was not very nice at all. Sald came full of oil. Attempts were made to resolve the issue but it was slightly disappointing 😞

Wonderful for families

Loved the layout of the building and really enjoyed the reception. Great breakfast with the omlette bar. My daughter enjoyed watching the elevators! It worked well for our family that you can close the door to the living room so our daughter could sleep on the pull out without being woken up by house in the bedroom.

The bathroom setup is uncomfortable and awkward, you can barely get in with how small it is and how the door swings in too close to the toilet.

The location of the property perfect distance to pretty much everything. 10-15 mins traveling around town The bartender where excellent very professional and friendly during reception time

Service some of staff not friendly at all waitstaff during dining evening reception Check in not too pleasant And my card was charged at least 2 before I even checked in Now my funds are holding until somebody figure out why I was double charged

We usually stay 2 or 3 times a year. Book 2 rooms and have family time and it is nit as nice as it use to be.

The staff was great! The check in lady. Just so happens we get her every time. We love her.

The food was good quality. We ordered dinner. Wasnt very good. Last time wasnt very good either but we thought we try it again. We always book two rooms. Our room wasnt very clean.
