Staff was friendly
It is dated. Carpets spotted old furniture. Not a good value. Only take out breakfast.

Time to open up the breakfast!
Other holiday inn express have.
2.0 / 5.0
The room was larger then most rooms.
The breakfast was a bag not the hot breakfast that was advertised. Also the spa was broken.
4.0 / 5.0
The bed was very comfortable and the room was perfect size.
The keys had to be re-activated after each use as they would not work. It was a pain to walk to the front desk multiple times a day. Other than that the room and facilities were awesome.

Nice pools, quiet, comfortable
60 cent grab and go breakfast, inadequate front staffing-numerous back in 5 minute sign at desk. ONE person doing EVERYTHING on the afternoon shift advertising this wonderful hot breakfast that doesn’t exist, room cleaning it you requested it How long will COVID be blamed for HIGH room prices and poor to nonexistent amenities that used to exist.

To add to my review did I mention the 12 people that walked in from the parking lot-with their own key card-and took over the “For Hotel Guests Only” indoor swimming pool?!

Great facility, location and professional and friendly staff.
The AC was out for the first two days and we had to take out our own trash and go get towels and toilet paper.

It was honestly just frustrating because everything is opening “post” Covid (been to several Holiday Inns in the last 2 months) but this place decided not to serve coffee in lobby which is honestly one of the main reasons I book this hotel (great coffee with flavored creamers)- the last two places including one in California did serve coffee- the Kurig option was awful with powder cream and one sugar packet in the room- toilet was broken (nothing to do with Covid), pool was also closed too- Last two pools were open in April - I usually give great reviews, but like I said with everything opening and no masks required in the whole town where we stayed, it’s just weird they are not offering any of these amenities that we pay for! Just seemed lazy and we were not happy. I normally absolutely love the Holiday Inn Express. Hopefully they start getting back to normal...

room was clean, receptionist was apologetic about pool.
wish I had known the pool wasn't open, nothing on the site said it was closed. only about breakfast being altered, but that didn't matter because we generally don't eat at the hotel.
