They were under renovation, but everything was still great. We took our breakfast to our rooms and ate. Loved it. Shopping was perfect. I could have walked to shop and eat.

Nothing. They couldn’t help the renovation aspect of our stay. Waiting yo see how it looks now.

Arrived at 2pm on 5/14/2022 Shawnda was desk clerk. We started asking about the plastic & materials, dumpsters & told her we were there for the pool she got my card & ran it then tells me the pool is closed! Got very rude & unprofessional with a nasty tone when we asked why she did not tell us before she ran my card. She told me I should have called. Pulled up hotel website on the phone & asked her to show me where it says pool closed after she told me it was on the website (screenshot provided in the pics!) & she kept scrolling without finding it then handed my phone back & told me again I should have called first! We never unpacked our bags & did NOT stay at the this hotel! The room was NEVER USED by me nor my friend!!!! We had to go rent another room at another hotel. Very disappointed how the situation was handled & when I asked for the manager I was told no one was available! I have given this hotel very last chance! I stayed once before at this hotel & again I tell you we came for the pool! That time a group of people that were not guest( I politely asked & they told me no & they use the hotel pool for their private parties then offered me a beer!) of the hotel & parks their truck at the pool entrance from the parking lot then proceeds to fire up a BBQ grill, gets out a cooler full of beer starts blaring loud music! It just keeps getting worse every time I try to come to this hotel to enjoy a great weekend! I believe in giving business another try but I will not give a third chance!!
