The location was close to West Point and everything I wanted to visit. Everyone was helpful. The area just witnessed the awful flooding which had roads closed. The staff was helpful in giving directions to alternate roads.

towels were like cardboard. we left the room at 9 am. came back at 1 to get ready for another function. room was still not made up.

Outdated rooms with lots of room repairs. Not a clean look at all.

Rooms were neat and clean. Cleaning staff...very nice and hard-working Breakfast was a disappointment! Tasteless powdered eggs ...horrible sausages...no bacon or ham...or omelets, no alternatives other than sweets and cereal. Need more hot plate selections...potatoes perhaps?? Juices?

Making Reservations was horrendous...especially over the phone. We were promised rooms that didn't exist. We had several needless misunderstandings with certain staff that were unnecessary. Above all you MUST TELL STAFF NOT TO CALL A ROOM A "MOBILITY ROOM" IF IT DOES NOT HAVE A WALK-IN SHOWER!!! We were made fools of because we expected to have a walk-in shower for my 90 yr old mother...but it was never communicated to be otherwise. In the future they should EXPLAIN what Holiday Inn considers a "Mobility" room...she had to be moved into another room in the middle of the night...after traveling 300 miles to get there! (We are now also aware that there are Mobility Rooms for Hearing impaired as well...also not communicated!).
