Will not stay again

Great location

Out dated. Fruit flies in from. Old food in cabinet. Lobby untidy. Fish tank need cleaning. Side doors do not close. Didn’t feel safe. Pool water funny color.

Convenient stay and close to Lander University.

Friendliness of staff. Quietness of the rooms and cleanliness.

Missed having an extra corner chair in the room, did have the computer chair to use. Water pressure real low in shower.

this was my second multiple night stay here. I love the layout but f the hotel and the roomies are clean and comfortable

I love the location to shopping and dining. I love the management and staff. I love the breakfast buffet, pool and room. if you stay be sure to eat at the Olive Mediterranean and Italian grill. you can walk to it across the street.

The noisy ice machine and the Samsung tv, some one had hacked the hotel programming probably to use their own device- I researched it it’s a thing! It took about 4-5 hours for it to reset and stop freezing up, I could not get it to work correctly. Help came immediately when I called twice. They were about to replace it when it finally rest.

The rooms were very hot. The bathroom had urine on the floor by the back of the toilet.

Minus the water presser and all the children. it was ok.

The water pressure was bad. you could not have a good shower because of the pressure. the tub took forever to drain. you had to flush the toilet twice to get stuff to go down. the children running in the hall. The house keeper had on to much perfume that left a ling smell in your room. doing check-in the clerk did not tell me to confirm my information. i left went to room and came back my information was still displace any one could saw it.

What I like is I am no longer there.

This hotel is not family friendly. It is mostly booked by construction people who gather around the entrances smoking, and drinking till late. They bring their equipment with them filling up the parking lot. Pulling their tucks sticking over the side walks making you walk in the parking lot. Parking in all the handicap spaces. Hanging out in the lobby area. The hotel needed a lot of maintenance preformed to bring it back up to acceptable standards, the pool water looked brown, toilet seat was broken, water damage in the ceiling of the lobby. Don't get me wrong, the construction people were friendly enough, just they were being construction people. Not a family place.

Cozy and right across the street from a tasty Italian restaurant l.

It was clean, comfortable , smelled good, and great location.

I couldn't check in until after 3pm I'm assuming they were short staffed

Really crowded

The room had not been cleaned. Blood on sheets, comforter, and toilet seat. Tub had used soap, dirty washcloth, and someone's hair.

Would not stay here again. Pay a little more money and stay someone much nicer.

Good location. Understaffed but the staff they had tried their best.

Rooms not very clean, stains on shower curtains. Entire hotel smelled like someone smoking pot. Probably the worst water pressure I’ve ever seen. As I was in the lobby another guest was complaining about their beds not being made and their shower items missing.

Clean hotel, friendly staff

I would like to give 10 stars to ANGELICA who was very helpful to an issue we had with our room. She resolved the issue with the quickness and even gave us a follow-up call to see if everything met our needs. It did! She was very friendly and attentive to our needs. A HUGE Thank you to her.

The breakfast was your standard free continental breakfast but a little under par. Variety and added fruit would be a nice addition.

I did in what did I like

Everything was nice including the desk clerk and the cleaning crew. Love the cleanliness and the quietness at hotel on top of walking distance for food and the plaza.
