Modern and well-run with great staff

Finally, a tv larger than the what’s in our travel trailer! Spotless and clean with fresh modern furnishings. Breakfast was a bit above average and attendant very nice. Front desk staff were all super helpful and efficient.

Not enough pillows on beds - only two small ones on a queen bed.

The location and breakfast was great but the bedding not being changed and room being so hot was horrible.

I thought the breakfast was absolutely amazing and staff was all very nice. The older lady running the breakfast was very helpful and very sweet.

Room was so hot and bedding was changed. There were stains on the blankets. We had to clean the filter in the ac unit in the room. It looked like it was never cleaned and was caked up with dirt and lent.

Nothing.

The room was terrible. It had water damage, smelled musty and was humid. The TV didn’t work, there were no hangers, the bathroom was filthy, the sheets had holes and there was very little water pressure in the bathroom sink. The breakfast was awful.

Not happy with our stay.

The breakfast was fine.

Our cards kept being deactivated every day. The first day they cleaned our room and left the door open all day long. Very upsetting. Our stuff could have been stolen. Our blanket had red stains on it. It looked like blood on it. The kitchen did not have ice for drinks. The room had a huge spot on the ceiling. It was coming apart - room 243.

It's was a pleasure to stay there.

Overall it was okay

Close to town and the room was good

Would of been nice to use the pool both nights was used by a big group did not get to use the pool. People were having a cook out late and were drinking not suitable for my two teens.

Would not return

There was a huge bug crawling around the sticky floor. Very gross. No one took care of it.

My room was dirty, the floor had other people's hair wadded up on it. The toilet had not been cleaned. There was mildew in the shower caulking. Hairs on the bed. YUCK

Somewhat pleasant, considering the circumstances. However, the property does need attention.

Somewhat clean, comfortable beds and Continental breakfast.

The water was not hot. Very low water pressure in the bathroom sink. Especially the Hot Water. Room floor was not clean. There was Fried Chicken crumbs on the floor from the previous tenant. Not enough Pillows in the room to support a King Size Bed and a Pull Out Couch.

nice and clean hotel but overpriced for our experience there.

on the first day the receptionist told me breakfast started at 9am today, which i thought was odd. We went at 9 and it was closed, another worker gave me oatmeal which was nice. Both days of my stay the fire alarm kept ringing at the same time around 7 am. 3 times 2 different workers just came in and opened the door without nocking once to check the fire alarm and the other 2 times were for housekeeping. Overall the hotel was nice and clean but breakfast and restrooms were missing items.

This was the second time staying here and the things I noticed was around the enter rim of the bathroom sink could be cleaned a little better. Also the first time we stayed I noticed the bathroom sink and you could tell they didn’t vacuum. This passed weekend the bathroom sink and the bathroom floor still had hair on the floor so you could tell they didn’t sweep and mop/ are didn’t do and good job.

When I asked the lady at the desk to add one more day, She was going to add a huge amount due the holiday, so we had to check out n drive next door to the comfort Inn to get a reasonable rate. We had alread spent 4 days there, just needed the 31st added to our stay. She she have given me the same rate.

The room was larger than most. Bathroom larger than most. Nice large shower. Bed Comfortable , Great location and breakfast buffet had lots of selection. Staff was very helpful. Housekeeping checked every morning to see if we needed any services. They brought us extra pillows and towels.

They need to have at least 4 pillows on king size bed. Also should have extra blanket in room. Double bowl sink in bathroom would be nice. I didn't get my rate I was suppose to by booking on my mobile but since I paid thru booking.com the hotel had no control on correcting the total. Talked to booking. com they said couldn't take the 16% tax off but that is what secret deal and mobile price showed. Wasn't unhappy with hotel but dissappointed in booking.com. I will be paying at hotel in future.

In my experience, what you see on the website is not what you get upon arrival. This facility exceeded my expectations!

The accommodations were perfect for the price. Very clean and well maintained. The staff was very warm and personable…Nesha, Ursula, Karen and even the housekeepers. Excellent breakfast bar!

Superb

Convenient location, quiet area, friendly staff!

The breakfast was not necessarily the best. The machine for juices was broken so only drink options were water, milk & coffee. I highly recommend putting out pitchers of juice for kids etc. that can’t have coffee or milk.
