Time of breakfast was good. But breakfast itself was not. For the price that I had to pay it should have been much higher quality

Hotel is run down. Had to have maintenance come fix the shower. The windows were filthy even when I first walked into the room. Beds were made sloppy to the point that I second guessed if one had been slept in or if the room had really been cleaned.

It was delicious! It had a lot of great options that my children loved! Plus the coffee was hot and fresh and had my favorite creamer!

Coffee was very weak even the dark roast. My heater was so loud and went on and off all night long. It was so loud that it would make me jump every time it went on.

Couldn't take a bath only shower couldn't get lever pushed down to take bath

it’s close to my daughter’s house. the bed was very comfortable. it’s pet friendly which is very important to us.

the pool was closed. the grandkids look foreword to coming and swimming while we are there.

There was an issue with my payment (Booking.com discrepancy) so I had to spend about 30 minutes working to get the payment cleared.

Back door, which was the closes entrance easnt working with card so we had ti park further, or go around! With a soecial needs child, it was a bit hard to do! Also kids or someone kept running in the high level, or top of the room, and kids were running around in the hallway!

When we arrived I would have rated the hotel as "top notch." The staff were very welcoming and helpful, location was perfect, room was great. Then my son got out of bed Sunday morning and we saw something in the covers. A bug which I killed and put in a napkin while I googled what it was. It was a bedbug. We have been traveling for years staying in various hotels and have never had bedbugs before in any of them. I went to checkout and let the lady know and gave her the napkin. She didn't seem too surprised when I gave it to her. I know the hotel was full for the weekend and I hope others didn't have the same issue.

No bed bugs would have made it so much better.

The breakfast was top-notch! Lots of choices, and everything was delicious!

It was close to my granddaughter’s house

There were dog hairs on the seats in the room. There was hair on the shower walls. The first room I checked into, the bed had crumbs in it so I asked to move rooms.

staff was very accommodating for our family as we were staying for a funeral. Cleaning staff was very responsive and front desk for all 3 shifts where awesome!
