It was a nice room, excellent bed, nice staff

I didn't care for the breakfast options. I would have preferred scrambled eggs vs. bagel toppers that had a lot of bread. There were several types of yogurt, but all were very high in sugar.

I would recommend this hotel.

It had the most comfortable bed!! Ever! The breakfast was very good!

We heard a dog barking early in the morning in another room but we were already up.

Easy to get to. Clean room, good shower, overall good.

Uncomfortable beds. Weird yellow stuff that should've been cleaned off back of bathroom door (was not from us), but everything else was really clean. Nowhere to really sit comfortably.

My family was there for a funeral and needed to check in early to getstaff was very accommodating.

morning lady, I ask for my receipt by email, and with bad attitude she printed and she said there it is, and I sad thank you but I don’t wanted printed I want and email, my office needs an email for my expenses, if is printed I need to scanner the printed copy and I won’t have evidence the hotel printed for me, but I don’t need to explain all to this an angry lady, I just need the email, by the end she send it but I did not like her acttitude

Nice hotel. Breakfast was hot and good. Room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was large.

Breakfast was great all four days. Good selection. Good coffee. Clean tables. Staff was very helpful. Robert and ladies in the kitchen (I didn't get everyone's name)

We did have a few bothersome flies in the conference room. Otherwise, no specific problems.

Great place to stay when you need to rest on your long drive across the desert!

We stopped in Deming on our way to San Diego from El Paso. We have stayed in many Hampton Inns, but this one truly was exceptional. They had a bowl of water in the lobby for our dog. The room was roomy, comfortable and clean. The grounds were well kept. The mangers were helpful and courteous. This was a hotel that exceeded expectation. I highly recommend stopping here.

I like the property, but for the price there should be better value, soffter beds and towels.

Breakfast was ok. Expected more for the room price.

Better hot foods, New towels. Towels were old and rough.

Clean and accommodating, but the desire to cut building costs can disrupt one's experience.

Service was friendly and accommodating

Our room was on the 2nd floor and a young family with small kids arrived @2 am in the room directly above us... kids were running around, opening doors, and we never returned to full sleep after that. Two things: (1) families with small kids should be assigned to rooms on the ground floor to avoid that type of situation and (2) the quality of your building is not what it should be... requires more solid framing, sufficient to prevent conversations and physical movement to be heard from room to room. Thank you.

A huge disappointment.

The Breakfast was good but needed a little more of a selection. The Breakfast staff were very courteous and helpful.

We were promised a Bathtub when we reserved it and a Jacuzzi and swimming pool for indoor use. When we arrived we were assigned a room without a bathtub but a shower instead. My wife needs to bathe in a bathtub. Also we were told that the swimming facilities were functioning yet when we arrived they were not working and the hotel clerk indicated that they had been down for maintenance for the last ten days contrary to what we were told when making the reservation. We had other options we could have made had we known this from the start. The bed was also very old and needs to be upgraded. The ice machine was not working on our floor as well.
