An great hotel .

This is our 3rd time spending part of our vacation at.The staff is friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We received an upgrade to a king suite it was wonderful . Very roomy . The breakfast is excellent. They have a variety hot, cold, fruit foods. The best I've seen.

The only thing didn't like was the pancake machine , I have seen this at other hotels too. It doesn't cook it long enough.

It was just a night but worth our stsy. We just moved to Tennessee.

Staff are friendly courteous and neat. Breakfast was good too.

I will not reccommend this hotel to anyone.

The lighting in the bathroom was way too dim. The bed was too high for an individual with a disability. At the time I checked in I had informed the person at the desk that I would be paying with cash at check out time and he said OK. When I did check out they informed me that I could NOT pay cash because they had already charged my credit card but as I stated and it was agreed to at check in time they had told me that my credit card would NOT be charged.

One of the top 3 hotels in my book

The staff was very courteous. We had an issue with our card, and they explained the problem in detail and helped resolve the issue. The room was very clean and was bigger than I was expecting. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in my book If I had to nitpick, the only thing I saw was that the towel rack in the bathroom was beginning to pull out from the wall.

The lighting is a little dim in the bathroom, making it a little difficult to see

Disappointing

The room was spacious and staff was nice.

We booked the hotel with a hot breakfast in mind. I understand the ovens were being worked on , but there were not many breakfast options and even fewer healthy options. The other negative was we prepaid through booking.com. We were not told a hold would be put on our card of $250. This did not show up until the day we were checking out. We were traveling to another hotel in a different city for our vacation and this hold will not be released until nearly 4 days after our booking negatively affecting our vacation plans. I do not understand a hold on a prepaid room.

Convenient to downtown Kingsport and the interstate to Johnson City. The staff was very friendly and excellent to work with to make changes during our stay.

I was expecting a no nonsense room with no problems for the price that I was charged.

property was ok, not worth the price.

bathtub was clogged when we arrived and we were told it couldn’t be fixed until next morning at 9 am. next day after asking for another room had to again go back down because our keys did not work.

Beautiful facility & rooms!

nice room! comfortable bed.

small fold out couch- not very comfortable for the kids. Right beside crematory was a little creepy- especially as a view from the room.

Close location to the aquatic center and excellent staff

The pricing did not match accommodation or outer appearance.

Breakfast food was good, met expectations with quantity as well as quality. Biscuits and gravy was the best. Cleanliness was also good with plenty of seating.

1. Elevator; second floor entrance from the elevator had an unpleasant lingering odor. 2. The room also had an unpleasant odor and was offered air freshener, (really?) How about finding what the odor is. 3. Our room had a sour smell and later discovered sour spilled milk in the refrigerator, we cleaned it out our selves. 4. The AC/Heater was not working in the automatic mode, had to run the fan on continuous mode. Overall, the one night hotel was good, we have stayed in worse places. However, if you are going to charge 153.00 per night, let's treat the temporary guest as though they are appreciated by cleaning up the place and re-secure the lobby toilet to the floor.

I was very pleased with our stay.

The bed was very comfortable along with the linens. In fact, I looked the linens up online and purchased them.

More room for guest at breakfast.

Very nice.

The space for the suite I reserved was excellent and the bed was wonderful. The breakfast was marvelous!!! And of course the spa tub was just what I needed after driving all day.

It was a little outdated. New carpets and a fresh coat of paint would be helpful.

Great hotel and staff. Breakfast buffet excellent!

It was close to Johnson City and off the beaten path. Quiet area even though there are restaurants/gas stations near.

The keys to the rooms did not stay charged. Had to make multiple trips to front desk.
