The staff at check-in was very helpful. The room had instant hot water and the water in the hot tub was actually hot, just like at home. The room had chairs and a table so we could have coffee together in the morning. There are adjustable book lights on each side of the bed. The room, bed, and pillows were comfortable. It is a good location if you want to walk. There are restaurants, breweries, and stores all within a half mile of the hotel. I left with a very positive feeling for this part of Yakima and will stay at the hotel again on road trips. I read a lot of reviews that mentioned the homeless population in Yakima as a negative, that made people feel unsafe and we did not find this to be true at all. We live in a city so have a different perspective perhaps, but we never felt at risk and our beautiful car was still completely beautiful when we left.
A couple of small things could make the stay nicer. There was only 1 K-cup when we got to the room, but we had some of our own so did not ask for more. Since the sink is not in the room with the shower, having 2 soaps would be best or switching to a shower gel and the bar of soap stays at the sink.

Breakfast was good. Juice dispensers were malfunctioning. Beds comfortable. Adequate water pressure
THIS PLACE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION! Which is ok but there was ZERO mention of this on booking.com or the Wyndham Ramada website. Not a great surprise! One room’s window was completely blocked with plastic and the other looked right into scaffolding. It seems they can’t separate the construction from usable rooms? Noise was not so bad, we were gone most of the day, but at least they did not start until around 0800. Access was limited for coming and going And this hotel HAS A DIFFERENT NAME than advertised which led to a lot of circling around the area looking for a Ramada when in fact it is now a QUINTA hotel - again zero mention of this when booking. There are no signs anywhere that this is/was a Wyndham Ramada! We found food in one fridge in the room leftover from the previous guest and the light switches were sticky with something red. One room had advertised a king bed plus couch. No couch. Sliding barn door for bathroom is awful and weird?

The beds were great, as was the shower.
The location needs better signage, as it was very difficult to find, even when relatively close.
The scrambled eggs were salty beyond belief; they should leave it to the guest to salt their own food.

We finally got the King bed room we originally booked. That room was recently remodeled and was nice. Breakfast was good.
The front desk first put us in a room with a smaller bed than what we booked. (In fairness, she was putting us on the first floor to avoid us hearing massive construction and remodel on the third floor. I appreciated the thought, but preferred the King bed.) We ended up on fourth floor in a King room. The noise didn't bother us because we were out of the room early each day. The hotel was under major remodel work. It would have been nice to have been told when booking, but we were not. Also, the spa pump and timer did not work.

The breakfast did have a good variety of hot and cold food with a couple of protein choices.
The motel was under major renovation with work beginning in the room above at 7:00 am. No where on booking.com was this fact disclosed. The newly renovated room had poor quality workmanship and the parking lot security light was mounted above our room window.

The staff is always amazing. They are currently in the middle of construction but it didn’t affect our stay at all. The rooms are clean and comfortable I really enjoy staying there
Construction and the street walkers. Makes you a little nervous because they’re always out there but they don’t to bother anyone. That was the only thing I had an issue with
