1.The bath tub had some issue that day. It was fixed partially, at least I can shower, but unfortunately I cannot fill water in the bath tub.
2. I called the hotel to confirm about the shuttle bus time. She told me the bus will be provided every 30 minutes which was a false information. My flight was too early than there schedule, so I ended up calling Uber.
The main reason I rented this hotel was to use the shuttle bus and to use the bath tub, so I was disappointed.

Easy to find.
You can smell the dirty mop and kitchen grease the moment you walk in. $30 for parking? Ridiculous. Huge parking lot and you charge people extra for parking? My shower leaked in the floor, bathtub caulking also had mold. Not really up to Hilton standards, just an unfortunate place.

The grounds were clean, and the room was nice.
That they charged me a $30 parking fee I was completely unaware of! When I called about it they did nothing. The lady apologized and that was it which I get it wasn't her fault but the receptionist should have said something when I checked in and received my parking pass. Not happy about it at all! I'm already paying to stay with you and you want to charge me to park in one of the many open spots on your property.

Nada malo. Todo estuvo perfecto!

24-hour front desk meant I could book and check in at the last minute. Friendly staff, clean rooms and great views if you get a bay facing room! Check out until noon was great too, saved me some extra time waiting at the airport.
Without a car, there is not much within walking distance other than a great walk around the waterfront.

The property in itself is nice and well kept.
Property charged me more than the agreed booking.com price, nobody will pick up the phone, at this point have tried contacting them over 10 times, also no answer to email inquiries. The receptionists could not help with the most basic questions or did not want to help (asked how long the pool was open till, they said it was closed, when asked wheter it was just closed for the night or indefinitely, they said they had no clue, seemed to be disinteressted in general and like I had just interrupted their gossip).

There is a bed and a bathroom
The service of the staff is not good. Basically my room was not made up after I came back and the Front desk manager had nothing else to do than giving bad excuses why it was not made up and the core of his argument was that It’s Hilton Policy since Covid that rooms are only cleaned if the customer is requesting this 24 hours in advance,
he insisted on this that this is done for ALL Hilton Hotels in the US.
This is bad Policy and the consequence for me is I don’t stay in Hilton Hotels or its branches until they clarified this.
The feedback on my complaint message was that they need 10 days to answer, cause they have so much to do at current
Haha

Good size room.
They not clean room every day.

Location and the bed
I didn't have a good experience at this hotel. I went out in the morning and when I came back at night the room was a mess... NO HOUSE KEEPING SERVICES??? Not acceptable for a hotel by Hilton.
3.9
Comfortable bed, roomy. Clean rooms
Parking was expensive as was breakfast. Added expense. A little outdated.
3.9
comfortable room, good bar and restaurant
Food and bar a little pricey. The bathroom sink had mold under edge of sink. Would have liked the airport shuttle to be available in mid-day when we arrived.
3.9
Friendly staff, close enough to SF without the big city crime, room service available during certain hours
Room wasn’t as clean as it should have been, lots of random hair in the bathroom (quite disgusting actually), room service and convenience store absurdly overpriced ($6.50 for a bottle of orange juice, c’mon!).

4th time here
wildly good location (2 min downhill walk to GORGEOUS La Jolla beach)
a
literally adjacent to great Mom/Pop cafe w great service & food (healthy & hearty)
literally 4 minute walk to high end market AND local seafood/beer joint
literally 2 minute drive to multiple great restaurants
and 15 min drive to beautiful Torrey Pines hike/walk
staff are kind, patient, effective, low key
I’ve taken my friends and my kids here
no complaints here but pool/jacuzzi not working

Got two towels and two bottles of water for a room of 4 and very undfriendly staff not providing the rest. We left disappointed

the hotel is next to the open South Bay & offers a great view to walk down
the rooms are a little to pricey but it kinda of worth it

Convenient and comfortable! Very comfortable beds. The windows also open which is nice to get done fresh air.

Overall, the room was comfortable and the view was nice.
Unbelievably, in the first room that we were given, our bed freshly was peed on, which is unacceptable (see the picture!!) They immediately changed our room and waived the parking fee as a complementary. The new room was good. Additionally, on booking.com, the total price of the room included all the taxes and service fees. However, they charged me all the taxes again on top of the total price on booking.com. I have shown them the confirmation email from booking.com and they said they will fix it, but they still didn't.
3.9
Room was clean, good located, property is clean.
$30.00 parking per night.
Front desk people was ok.
Pool was cold. Pool and spa needs more attention.
3.9
Room very well equipped and large enough for three. very clean with large bathroom. checkout and checkin were very straightforward. complimentary coffee in the lobby is very good for early flights
shuttle bus for the airport runs approx once per hour which is not enough - late at night I had to call after waiting in vain to be collected at the airport (SFO has a dedicated phone boot right in front of the exit gates) - all other hotels in the area have much more frequent shuttle services

I didn't eat breakfast during my stay because I had to pay $30 extra a day for parking.and an additional $135 holding fee.. I liked the view my room had that's about it.
I did not like that the first room my sister and I were put in the shower was completely dirty several long dark hairs stuck to walls, on the shower shelves, and rim of the tub had small hairs and dirt. (Bothers me even more because the hotel is a bit expensive and I paid extra for a room with a view and theres several additional fees breakfast isn't free at all, parking is $30 a day, $135 holding fee, spa closes early)..
The staff was not friendly at least not the two females that were working during my stay. And very average accomodations. For the same price there's better option. But I guess they get you with it being non refundable.
