Conveniently located close to my fsmilyd house.

The property is dated, the room had a ramping incline in the floor to the bathroom-made it difficult for my handicapped husband to get into the bathroom.

I did not get to stay I n the room because booking kept all my money and gave me a a handicapped room and I was on my honeymoon and wanted it to be special but booking messed sll that up for me,

We had a very good time. We look forward to our next stay!

People who worked at the hotel were all very nice. The pool was fun. The gym facilities were very much appreciated. The atmosphere was festive, and the facilities supported that feeling.

Towels were re-supplied every so often and upon request, so that was good. But we didn't realize at the outset that the room was going to be cleaned only minimally during our stay (e.g., trash cans were emptied every other day), and the bed wasn't going to be made. It wasn't by any means a situation without pros (e.g., added privacy), and some of the would-be cons weren't important (having the bed made by staff is overkill, though it used to be a hotel standard). So that was somewhat of a surprise.

I’ve stayed here twice before and I’ve not been disappointed on any visit!

staff very cooperative about an early check-In. Nice clean rooms near each other for group of three separate families.

television in one room could not be viewed from laying in bed.

I really liked the lobby,very spacious with lots of space to hangout if you don’t want to be in your room.

It’s a little pricey but you do get what you pay for. Parking spaces needs improvement.

The management & staff are courteous & extremely helpful .

The front desk staff were amazing, our room was kept extremely clean & well stocked with towels & coffee during our week stay. Marylyn & Desarei were fantastic. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends & family visiting the area.

Location

The fact that it didn’t come with breakfast as promised And he didn’t come with the extra sofa bed as promised. I showed the staff members the itinerary and they still refused to accommodate me and my family. Instead they said that we needed to directly book through them next time for them to accommodate us. And on top of that there was no other extra rooms to accommodate us they wasn’t even able to give us a pull out bed or anything. I always booked the courtyard but I was very disappointed on my stay at Courtyard in LA. And I’m even more upset with booking.com for miss leading their customers on what courtyard Marriott had to offer. So the summit up we didn’t get breakfast the I said you had two queen beds and a sofa bed it did not come with none of that. So not only did booking.com didn’t respond to my email to the Courtyard Marriott me is to fix it as well… They both drop the ball and no one wanted to fix it’s
