Quick, clean, and friendly

Breakfast was great! Every staff member was friendly and helpful. For the cost, I was surprised at the quality and cleanliness. We live locally, but met some friends at Lake Pleasant and didn’t want drive over an hour to get home. I chose this hotel because it’s close distance to the lake. Will be booking this hotel from now on!

Pet friendly, nearby during home renovations, friendly staff, clean, free breakfast

Upstairs was very noisy, sounded like a bowling alley and maybe moving furniture around, louder than I’ve ever had in my life. Can’t control noisy neighbors but that’s all I can think of

It was OK.

It was great to have a pool. It was good to have a breakfast, the skim milk was nice.

The rooms were extremely bland and prehab. There was no effort to have any greenery and not enough shade at the pool, just concrete everywhere. The fitness room had virtually no weights. Hard boiled eggs and more fruit at breakfast would be great.

Good place to stay in Surprise.

Close to where I needed to be. Very clean. Had a "Flowater" system that dispensed filtered water for filling water bottles. Given the water in the Phoenix area, this was a very nice perk

The check in/out process is easy. The room is comfortable for a short stay. Overall, no complaints, no issues.

The price is too high for the offer.

Pretty good spot for Texas Rangers/Kansas City Royals fans

Hot breakfast that changed each day. Room comfortable, although expensive because of Spring Training demand. Dennys out front, Albertson's in the same parking lot along with a McDonalds so easy to get supplies. About 2 miles from Costco for gas. 5 miles or so to Surprise Stadium, close to the 303 freeway. Nice pool area with comfortable seating.

The cost. The room was Los Angeles prices. I think outside spring training it would be around $160 a night, we paid a little more than double that.

Quiet room, clean and great staff.

The coffee was always hot in the lobby. Everything was very clean and the staff was super friendly.

Pleasant

Breakfast was okay, just average and nothing too special, nothing like the Marriot's I've stayed at. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean, however, there was no hand soap to use to wash my hands.

The fitness center was my biggest disappointment because I like to strength train when I exercise and there were no dumbbells or bands and the room itself was considerably smaller than I am used to when traveling making it too difficult to use the floor. Unfortunately, there were only stationary bikes, which only made the room smaller and too difficult to do any floor exercises.
