The staff at this facility were excellent, kind, willing to help with bags at late hours, and generally very helpful. The room had everything needed, although carpeting and more cleaning would have been nice.
The breakfast was described as a rotating set of foods and always good, but after a couple of days things started to disappear. By the last day, there was no milk, butter or cream cheese, the juice machine didn't work and it took forever for coffee to show up. Plus the staff spoke no English so there was no way to ask for things. For a pet friendly place, you expect some grass but the only grass were tiny areas around trees on the sidewalk clogged with trash. Also, the room floor was pretty filthy and they only clean once a week. One expects more for a room costing between $160 and $250.

Nice big room with all amenities needed. Breakfast and room service staff are lovely and warm people doing their best.
Rude manager. elevator is stuck on level 3 so always stops there going up or down. You pay 75 dollar deposit so make sure to check your room for damages made prior to you like you would on a rental car.

Very nice rooms
3.4
Location was close to where we needed to be.
Facility was noisy both with traffic and persons coming and going at all hours. There was an elevator but we still needed to decend 5 steps to get to our room which was on a slightly lower level.

Breakfast was great, much better than expected.
I could hear from other rooms, including the upstairs room stomping at all hours. Walls are particularly thin.

close to transportation center. Price point was ok. Staff very warm, allowing us to check in early. Free shuttle to Northgate transportation center
property seemed worn. Shower soap empty.

Our room was clean. Plenty of nice towels. Very plain interior, with simple furniture.
Bathroom sink faucet was difficult to get stream/ temperature to good flow.
One of the queen mattress was sagging on side near night stand.

Quiet and safe

It's location. An easy walk to the light rail to go downtown. A good breakfast selection
2 of the 3 washing machines were not working. Paper coffee cups and plates, plastic spoons in the dining room. Hotel appearance looks lovely on the outside but now its rooms are very dated and Nexus is old. Room service once a week. Staff were clearly embarrassed by all of these things but are powerless to fix them. Probably won't stay at Hotel Nexus again.. 2.5 out of 5 at best.

Very comfortable bed, lots of hot water. The breakfast was good. Eggs, potatoes, coffee, yogurt, pastries and it started at 6:30am! Room was clean.
The flip latch on our door didn't work. Room 215. Traffic noise from the street, sirens, and parking lot conversations woke us on occasion. I'd ask for a room in the back of the hotel to mitigate the noise.

I liked the ease and comfort of the hotel and room. It was close to downtown but reasonably priced.
It was quite noisy upstairs most of the time but not terrible.

Clean, quiet and mostly comfortable.
No easy chair or small table.

Not much staff was nice
shady people, not updated, small rooms for a double queen.

Great location next to the freeway , nice and clean
It's no luxury hotel but it works if you need a nice clean place to stay for the night
