Bonnie and Clyde Restaurant had amazing food. The hotel was less than a mile from our destinations, Meow Wolf and Legoland. The employees were so friendly, especially Mario (our Bellhop). Our room was immaculate and the beds were comfy. There was also a coffee shop (Java) in the lobby and plenty of seating near the hotel entrance to relax and visit.
The only thing I wasn't fond of was the sliding bathroom door with no lock on it.

The whole venue and room was a perfect fit for our conference. We even enjoyed the restaurant and coffee shop!
The staff at the restaurant was short handed but did a great job even being overwhelmed.

Great location and the facility was very nice. I loved having the coffee and restaurants inside hotel. I loved that lots of restaurants were around hotel.
There was other people staying there and I stayed on the fifth floor. I heard kids up and down the halls both nights until midnight And they were being so loud. Also, the last night I had just gotten to sleep and a man and women were having a fight about 2 o’clock in the morning. I am not sure what could have been done but maybe have security on hand to monitor each floor and be aware of issues like this because the ones fighting were not the only ones stating there.

My family and I always stay at this hotel during our weekend getaway sometimes! It’s very laid back and mature atmosphere which we love and very peaceful. The breakfast staff are very welcoming and attentive! And they provided great service.

Nice place and friendly people.
One of the reasons I Booked this place because they had onsite tennis courts. Went to play on them and they told me they were shut down. They should have put that on their site.

Didn’t have to pay for parking.
Couldn’t get peaceful sleep because of loud doors shutting all night. The window was dirty, and the blackout curtain didn’t keep the light out in the corner.

They could have opened the tennis courts. This was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel.

The service and help of the staff. Walking distance from Grapevine Shopping Mall. The shuttle to the airport very efficient and departs every hour.
