It’s an interesting facility and clean
Numerous staffing issues. Charged for rooms before we arrived when we had booked pay on arrival. Tv did not work the entire 3 nights due to cable box. Cable box replaced second day but not detected as no one set up with cable provider. Offered to change our room but we were staying with my father who was next door.
2.5
Interesting design and dog friendly
Noise on the first night and nothing done about it after a complaint
4.0
Breakfast was quite good, also the proximity from the room to the exit for our dogs was superb.
really it was quite good
4.5
The breakfast was very good, the staff were very good too.
Really it was very good no bad things at all
5.0
the developers executed the implementation of old outer building but were able to offer real new conveniences and amenities
parking, walking to and from during the weather was not pleasant
4.5
Clean room. Good value. Comfy beds.
It was all good.
1.5
The building was pretty cool. The coffee maker made really good mocha drinks.
The breakfast was absolutely horrible. The building was hot and the chlorine was very powerful. The walls are very thin in the rooms and the curtains are not wide enough to cover up the windows that face the pool area. The pool looked nice, but the amount of unsupervised kids all over the pool area gave us the reason to not use it. I was happy when the lights and pool area were closed and turned off at 10pm. The parking was like a block to two blocks away and it was blizzard cold last weekend so that was fun. Parking is definitely an issue at this location.

the location
every time the heat kicked on it was so loud and woke up up Multiple times at night. paid for a pool view didn’t get that.
3.0
The ease of booking and the size of the room
The Smart TV was too complicated and lacked instructions

guests at the pool well past 10 pm and loud

staff was not the nicest
overcharged my card and have to now dispute it with my bank
3.5

This is so cool! For a railway enthusiast like me sleeping in a historic train depot was outstanding. But not only that was good. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. I can absolutely recommend staying here!

Staff very pleasant, interesting place. Bar not really open, friendly bartender Friday eve, but no one there Saturday eve, expected a larger bar and dining option. Ubered to football game and back, a bit further than it looks, mostly industrial area
Front entrance very hard to find, parking ramp not well lit, and lots of maneuvering to get to it, plus chained off the easily well lit options. Property management not taking care of adjacent property, which made this one look awful when we arrived at night. Very dark, not well lit, needs better entrance.
4.0
Only one person running front desk and bartending

Loved everything! Clean, smelled clean, bed was so comfortable, a/c was throughout the building so now clanky individual unit in the room, bathroom was clean and comfortable. Will absolutely be back. Such a cool building and history! Nice neighborhood and great location.
That we weren't staying longer!
4.5
Location , cleanliness ,comfort ,and staff
The fridge made a high pitch squealing and was annoying and a little hard to sleep first night , second night we were so tired after Valley Fair didn’t bother us as much and wish the parking was a little better
