Was ok, met need of close to racetrack, breakfast was so so...skipped and went out for better food.

Very personable desk person

Breakfast food ran out of various items....looked like 1 person in charge ..had difficulty keeping up, bacon was pretty much burnt most days.

Fabulous hotel & service!!!

We stayed in Oct & March /23. We stayed coming home from Mexico as our experience in Oct was fabulous. Access to this hotel is super easy. We arrived feeling stressed & overtired. With the help of Lorna & Rayna everything was made easy for us. Lorna went way above her job duties to be of assistance. We highly recommend this hotel to travellers. Breakfast was excellent.

The luggage cart needed fixing.

Fine. Would not stay again.

It was cheap and the location was pretty good.

The staff were not helpful. We asked for extra towels and it seemed like we were a bother. She said house keeping would bring us more towels and they never did. It was also pretty dirty. They were doing construction but it didn’t seem like they were progressing, it just felt run-down.

We stay here every time we come to Vegas. We go watch the Red Flag at Nellis AFB. It's right next to the base.

The thermostat in the room was broken, it was set at 72 degrees and could not be adjusted, so it was very hot in the room all night long and I couldn’t sleep. The hotel was outdated, couple things in my room were broken, for examples the curtains could not be opened because the chain or the track was broken and not working; one of the lightbulbs of the floor lamp was out. The hallway and the elevator have strong disinfectant odor which smell like a hospital.

the air conditioner or the thermostat didn’t work in my room, the thermostat was constant at 72 degree and could not be adjusted, so it was very hot in the room at night. Also the curtain track was broken, the curtains could not be closed all the way. The hotel is outdated overall and need improvement.

No hot water for three days and the staff had no real answers ,Finally at checkout the MOD gave me a refund for one night..

Don't believe I'll trust another stay.

Breakfast was adequate but poor selection of fruit, coffee in room was a good selection .

Entrance mats worn & need replaced. Bathroom floor massive broken tile & insufficient linnin, bath water could not be turned completely off. Room door inconvenient operation, lift & push to enter.

We enjoyed the value and cleanliness of this facility and would return.

It was generally clean and well kept. There was a sign in our room verifying that Imelda had cleaned our room for us.

There were small items (eg, elevator button broken) or things that needed to be repaired. The amenities looked a little dated and/or small.

The breakfast were varied. The location for my needs was great. Beds very comfortable.

I discovered they only clean the rooms every four days. I had to request more clean towels and in room coffee cups and coffee since there was not any daily maid service. Desk had a broken lamp light switch, to the desk lamp was not useable.
