Avoid!

Location was good.

There was mold in the bathroom as well as on the pull down shade in window in the room. The phone did not work and the TV was blue tinted with a streak. The manager Randy showed little to no concern that regarding these issues and stated that the TV had been fixed by maintenance. Nothing had been fixed and I asked him politely to please accompany me upstairs and he could see for himself. He simply stated "No." I was quite dumbfounded. His only option for me that i could check out. I had called IHG and they just kept referring me back to the manager. Unfortunately I loved this chain of hotels but it had become a chain of horrors as a result of my stay. IHG did absolutely nothing to support me as a customer. A very small discount was given for 2 nights but not the first night. All I was looking for was even a small gesture of courtesy from the management but I received absolutely none. The manager was rude and IHG was completely absent despite pictures, emails etc.

Breakfast was wonderful location perfect and we meet a wonderful staff member named Dorthy is was such a pleasure to meet her sweet lady!!!

The check out time is just to early I was in town for a military funeral. And the service did not start until 2:00 we had to check out super early and impose on family members.

We came for OU v Texas and the hotel was the best part of the trip.

our room had very High ceilings which made the room feel much bigger. the parking was also very good and well lit.

being right off the highway wasn’t ideal, but not a deal breaker.

Disappointing

Stayed on the Aug19th. But card was charged for room on the Sept13th. Incidental of $100 was not refunded back on my card and still as of today not. Hotel personnel messed up but no apology or anything.
