Had to ask for enough towel, no extra blanket in closet, when they brought the blanket it was covered in fuzzy balls, toilet holder broke, no bar of soap at sink to wash hands, not enough outside lights at front door, it was very dark, I had to use my phone light.

Location to our reason for being in Nashua
The staff was very nice, however, they were very understaffed and despite their best efforts, they struggled to keep up with the volume of guest this particular weekend

Location
The bar should go back to the old decor, it’s very sterile now. Coffee is terrible

Bathroom poorly designed

The little stockings left on the doors of the occupied rooms on Christmas Eve was just a wonderful touch! We also received warm cookies upon check-in, and the staff was amazingly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay absolutely perfect. Oh! And the "attached" parking garage was an unexpected bonus.

Nothing. Well, easy access to highway so I could get out of there in a hurry.
Housekeeping was terrible. Even after calling and specifically requesting service, they were a no show. When they did show up on the third day, they didn't fill the soap dispenser in the shower, so there was no soap available, and they didn't leave a spare roll of toilet paper. Old toothpaste stains on the wall in the bathroom. Stains on the carpet. Loose toilet seat. Bad water leak from the shower onto the bathroom floor was reported but never addressed. The place was a disaster.

Everything, impressive, clean, lots of amenities, and walking distance to restaurants

How clean and lovely the room smelled when we walked in.
1. Couldn't connect to the wifi (it was just one night so didn't bother getting aggravated by calling rhe front desk)
2. How much we were able to hear the neighbors talking and their phone ringing at 7am

very clean and quiet
long way to get to the garage from room

The architecture, the pool, the jacuzzi and the mattress.
Cleanliness, poor breakfast and most of the workers are unpleasant except one (the pool laddies). Another negative note for the noise inside the rooms with the heat machine making a lot of noise, and in the hallways with guest talking loud and yelling the whole night. Definitely not coming back. I'm not being rude, just honest.

Breakfast was adequate. It however was overpriced. Many hotels offer same type of breakfast complimentary.
A 3.50$ charge for coffee in the lobby , complimentary in many hotels. Also, water available on in vending machine. Restaurant closed for private event both nights of our stay.
3.5 / 5.0
We enjoyed our stay. Staff was extremely patient and kind. Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Loved the free cookies so much that we bought more.
The room was very hot, and the AC seemed to never really 'kick in'. The lighting was very off-putting. The Blue tinted LED lights made the hotel and room feel sterile and less comfortable overall.
Food at the restaurant was terrible, and definitely do not pay for the breakfast.
