I was disappointed based on the online reviews.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even during the times that the Fire Alarm was malfunctioning, they were attentive and helpful.

The place is just old. The room was musty and damp. There was a moldy like smell. The bathroom was old and dirty. There was a strong soiled smell in the bathroom. The bathroom ceiling has plaster sagging from above water damage.

The location

Definitely needs to be upgraded, beds uncomfortable, showers old and rusty looking, walls dirty. As much as I paid I expected way better.

Very comfortable, clean, friendly staff, and awesome breakfast in the mornings!!

I absolutely LOVED the breakfast!

I didn't have any dislikes. However, longer free-drink hours should be extended a little longer than 1 hour. I'd say the free-drink hours should be for at least 3 hours minimum.

My toilet needed plunged at midnight. Excellent help and service with that.

Comfortable stay for weary travellers

Friendly staff. Nice bed. Comfortable suite. I liked that the TV area could be closed off from the bedroom as to nor disturb someone sleeping.

Our trip was unexpected and unplanned. Having arrived at the hotel at 11:30 pm and having to leave fairly early in the morning, we were faced with a rather expensive place to spend only a few hours.

Great stay will come again!

The breakfast was awesome because it had order your own style waffles and omletes. You also had the breakfast buffett as well. I can honestly say the rooms was above what I had expected and it was next to the movie theater so my family was able to see a few new movies that came out during that weekend.

I don't know if there is anything we did not like. If there was something I didn't like or need I just asked the reception desk and they took care of it.

A good getaway with whatever we needed at our fingertips

The rooms were clean, the food was great. Also like the happy hour that makes the value higher.

I realize this is an older Embassy Suites from the appearance outside and with a small pool. My opinion is that hotel prices have skyrocketed so I always think they are too high, but this was ok for the closeness to the islands.

It’s not like it use to be for happy hour. Embassy suites use to have hot hors d’oeuvres, unlimited drinks

This is a birthday celebration that we do every year the price for the room was stated to be $130 you have time of arrival it was $198,000 I was the only problem that we had and our favorite place

love the omelettes for breakfast! Love the room and privacy and that it was quiet and clean!

didn’t like that the internet didn’t work in the room and how you had to leave the door open to where the bed room was to get heat in the room! I didn’t like if we shut the door we couldn’t get no heat in the room where the bed was!
