Superb staff.

it’s an exceptionally rare property — perfect on many levels — staff is amazing too. Jacuzzi was not working (one of my favorite things about this property)

Staff were amazing, helpful and all them lovely. Most of them speak Spanish and are extremely friendly. Location is unbeatable, just few minutes to all the shops in the rodeo drive area... but still secluded enough to be extremely quiet. Breakfast is popular among Los Angelinos and you find many people just coming for it. Lounge bar had live music and was quite lively and popular too.
It's not as cheap as other 5 star hotels, but I guess you get what you pay for!

Housekeeping was very professional. They tidied up my room very carefully.
That would be a good idea to put a coffee machine in the room.

Great we really enjoyed

Room Excellent. Service fantastic. We rented a cabana for the day service and food was terrific. We had a spa massage it was so good and relaxing.
Peloton bikes are not up to par, one has a seat that is from another brand and the water holder was broken on one side. The other Peloton has only biker shoe pedals and the weights were missing for the bike. There is only one floor mat and the Octane Fitness machine does not work.

Everyone, from the maids to the reception to the valets were extremely friendly and welcoming. Beautiful location and large room. Also loved the rooftop restaurant.
No complaints.
