I would stay there again

It was close to the Rental Car facility. The room was as expected based on the photos and reviews.

It was raining and there was no cover at the entrance.

Don’t stay here

Upon check in people were checking out and they dated that the hotel had bed bugs and they moved to 2 different rooms with the same issue and another room had body fluids on the bed

The parking lot had trash all over it

Kind of like living in the projects.

Awesome front desk staff

Room I was given had a heater with a broken thermostat, asked for repairs, was told by maintenance “when it gets too hot turn it off:” gee, thanks. Shower had the curtain rod falling off and shower curtain in tatters, shower rod was repaired and shower curtain was replaced (with another one badly worn but replaced nonetheless). Utensils were 1 fork, 1 steak knife, 2 spoons, a pot with lid and a badly damaged frying pan. Had some domestic disturbances but were handled quickly by management.

Needs to be updated

I like the space and quietness. I love having the kitchenette.

The room needs to be updated old and worn-out furniture. Stale smell in the room and no ac vent in the bedroom. Flooring needs a good mopping. Shoes sticks to the floor.

Exceptional

Staff was very accommodating and benevolent. That made my stay more enjoyable because of the friendly staff.

I didnt like the parking fee; it seemed completely unnecessary and should be free. The size of my room was very small and keeping a good balance of warm/cold was a little difficult. I would not stay again in a similar room the same size. The upcharge for parking is also a potential deal breaker. It makes the property seem negatively money hungry. They would retain more business just removing the parking fee alone.

The fee to park on hotel premises. Even though it was just $7/per day. Still was a dislike. Hallways and elevator was dated and stained. Those needs an update

STAY HERE IT IS WORTH IT :)

I have stayed at numerous hotels, and this is by far the BEST HOTEL EVER. Not only is the price super reasonable, but the entire building is clean, quiet and the staff is amazing. It literally felt like I was in my apartment. This is so warm, cozy and has a FULL bath and kitchen! HIGLY RECOMMEND!

Honestly, there was nothing disappointing about the stay. From check in to check out I was super happy!

Layout of hotel and rooms was nice. Lots of parking...near restaurants

The common areas of the hotel was filthy. Room was rushed to clean if cleaned at all. Multiple times I went by the front desk and no one was there.

Location

I didn't like all the traffic near my room 121 and the high traffic close to the front desk. I asked on 5/4 for my room to be switched that morning (10am) and was told they couldn't guarantee me a room that morning. I said fine and agreed to come back later and just get a room. When I returned not only was my room not changed, but there were no more rooms available. I asked for a refund and was given a receipt. Sonesta still has yet to confirm I was checked out and fully refunded with booking.com.

Very good

I liked that the building had a clean and fresh smell all over it. The beds were very comfortable. Very peaceful.

I did not like that you had to put 100.00 deposit for incidentals and it was not mentioned on my booking at first and ice machines should be incorporated on each floor even though their are refrigerator/freezers in every room. It takes time for the ice to make. Lastly, it should be free parking not 7.00 a day.

Overall I like this place a lot. I would definitely recommend it .

THe room was very clean. Loved the full refrigerator and stove. Enjoyed the seating area.

I was disappointed at the bed size. It was really small. Alson the key cards gave me trouble at the door entrance to my building several times. That was frustrating because I had food that got cold . And please for the love of God start considering other breakfast options that don:t include pork. Turkey sausage or turkey bacon or even plant based breakfast meat options would be a welcome addition.

Comfortable stay

The room was nicer than expected, and the front desk agent was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean and very comfortable. I would stay again!

I wasn't a fan of the small lobby area it felt cluttered. Not sure if renovations are being done but the floors and walls on my way to the room was an eye sore. The barking dogs didn't help make this experience great.

We had a stink bug in the bedroom, the toilet kept running, and the remote didn't work in the bedroom. The other room had a puddle of water on the floor by the toilet, the chairs were scratched up. The hotel needs to be remodeled

nice location. size of room was nice.

old building. old furniture. no smoking policy but we smelled MJ and cigarette smoke. We opened windows because I felt nauseated and dizzy. I thought it could be carbon monoxide but after several observations, I linked my nausea and dizziness to the smell of MJ and cigarette smell.

the staff was very friendly

the hotel is very is dated, old carpets with full colors, it’s confusing to get to since there’s another hotel with the sonesta name very near, it smells weird in the hallways, the door was a pain to get to unlock with the card because of faulty equipment, and they didn’t clean the room daily, the tv was a step away from being an old crt tv
