We loved the random things that were offered free to the guests such as the hot chocolate bar, the fresh baked cookies. The breakfast that was offered also had a good variety of options.
Our bathroom didn’t appear to be cleaned at all. Our shower had hair in it and dirt along the floor. Our sink was filthy as well. The towels were stained and it did not make you want to use them.

Mold on room. Our shower did not drain and floods into the hallway in room and entire bathroom. We were given towels to clean up.
Wall in hallway if room damp and buckled, not first time of flood. They could not move us.

Elevator buttons aren’t working properly , bathroom fan is extremely loud, tap water is awful, the breakfast was kind of cheap, half a carton of milk out, breakfast helpers didn’t wear gloves .

Shower was luke warm. Too much light came into the room during the night and morning. Apparently it was missing something on the window it had a light shade but that was not enough.

Due to lights on outside of building, too much light came through the edges of the window.
It obviously was an older building that had an update. Paint is now cracking. There was an ugly repair on the bathroom door. Needs a refresh.

The location was the best part.
That during my stay there was not on ounce of hot or warm water. Their response was we are fully booked. So if you have all those rooms they should be able to provide enough warm/hot water. This is unacceptable for hotels.

Overall the property was clean.
The water wasn’t working when I first got there, which they did have signs everywhere letting you know. Once the water did get turned on, it was very brown and I didn’t want to shower or use the water to brush my teeth. I also had to take a cold shower the next morning when I finally did get to shower. They also had no feminine products that I needed in the middle of the night.
