Fantastic Stay

I really liked the room. So cozy and peaceful ✌️ 😌 I enjoyed the amenities like the fridge and microwave. Love the firm bed and firm 4 pillows.

There was no option for breakfast 😕

Nice for a short stay

This is a nice hotel with friendly staff. Not real close to any restaurants, but they have a food menu at the bar which is pretty decent. The hotel lobby is very pretty, modern. The rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast is exceptional. They hold back a large amount of money from your credit card as security. It was nice for a one night stay.

This hotel is not at its stated address and it kind of hard to locate. My GPS put me at the Marriott Hotel instead, but they were very nice and gave me directions. Colors and room carpets could use an upgrade.

The stay was okay.

Clean hotel room with minimal noise from the outside. Was easy to find it and close to shopping plaza.

The AC unit was extremely loud and was blowing air directly on the beds, making it very heard to sleep. The gym was outdated.

The night Front desk clerk was nice and friendly real courteous what is and helpful. Love the location as a professional truck driver we were able to park our bobtail on the property.

Maybe they could update the washer and dryer to the App system in case we dont gsve coins

we liked the price, but once we arrived, I would have much rather paid a higher rate for a better experience

booked a king bed with tub, was given a king bed with shower only then had to settle for a double queen in order to get a tub, one of the queen beds was filthy ( I have pictures ) the tub had to be cleaned before I could use it. my debit card that was used to hold the room with the chosen option of paying on site at facility, was charged as well as the credit card that we gave them once we arrived, the vending machines only take dollar bills, not fives or not cards

Clean, beautifully decorated. Good location.

1 ~ I chose 'pay at the hotel'. The staff assured me they were permitted to run the card given to hold the reservation. No, you weren't. They stated they complained to Booking.com but nothing was changed. I was paying cash. I didn't have that sum of money in my account. Even though the posting wasn't completed, it showed a negative balance on my debit card. I had to say it was unauthorized to prevent possible bank fees. The bank was in a county 4 hours away so making a deposit wasn't a choice. This resulted in canceling my bank card. What a pain. 2 ~ coffee bar was minimal and not welcoming at all. The coffee in the rooms was minimal as well but the condiments were nearly nil. 3 ~ breakfast was $10.95. There are very good restaurants within 20 minutes. Overall, unwelcoming bordering on hostile. Hampton Inn is a world better and feels like home. Great coffee, great, friendly staff, yummy breakfast included. I hadn't used HI in years. Now I remember why.

the hotel was ok. just far from all the things we wanted to do.

the breakfast buffet is really not a buffet. you spend more than you could get a HOT breakfast for at a traditional restaurant. The older guy who was working the breakfast bar was very figgety & staring over the wall at folks. I also observed him taking eggs off the counter in front of the pot & placing them back in the pot. He couldn’t stay still & kept looking at everyone in his phone for time. he also scratched his head & went to stir food again. very nasty. this happened on 2/18/23.
