Completely reasonable place to place your head for the night.

Great staff. Everybody was very pleasant.

Shower pump made a terrible noise!

Disappointing

The price. No bugs.

The power outages during the snow storm and no compensation for it.. Having the staff knock on my door because they forgot I paid for another week. The dog poop everywhere in the back of the building. Woke up one morning no water call the front desk, she laughs it off like I shouldn't be upset no apology I had to ask what the problem was.

Cold and musty with no hot water.

When the winter ice storm came, the power went out and we were left with no hot water. Corporate did not want to accommodate us the customer with no discount or comp. I will never stay at a choice hotel again. Lights were blinking and not working. Some of the plugs were not working.

Not the greatest stay due to a partial power outage

There was a partial power outage which I understand but paying full price for a room with no hot water to shower and only on light working and no electrical outlets working wasn’t worth paying full price

Very good

I love that the rooms have mini kitchen. The location is very convenient for me and my daughter. Love that we have access to a gym and wash room.

I didn’t like that breakfast is advertised but not given. The service is no longer available.

Adequate but disappointed. Not a returning customer. Nobody was at the front desk?? Strange?

There was no breakfast. Just grab bags?? Your website advertises continental breakfast. Disappointed.

Halls smelled like “weed”. Funny! No smoking residence??

The rooms were spacious and there was always hot coffee.

The boring grab and go breakfast which ends early at 9am on week days. They should go back to hot meals. Finally, housekeeping was done only weekly.

I felt like we were in a $40 hotel and even some of those were cleaner

it was close to our venue for a concert

walked in no one at the desk so had to call out twice , no bell. Carpets some looked new others were all stained and everything smelled like bleach. Sheets had stains on them, Toilet dirty, housekeeping using the guests washer and dryer, NO ICE MACHINE. Don't think I would stay here again. Our stay was more a 2 star
