I was charged more at the hotel than what I was initially charged through Booking.com and there were still trash in a room when we got our room.

I have nothing negative to say about my stay at the Hilton. Excellent all the way around.
There wasn't a free Continental breakfast. The menu was kind of pricy.
3.6
Breakfast buffet was good. The staff was exceptionally good!
Rooms could have been a little cleaner

The entrance and that’s it
Our room had mold in the walls and smelled really bad. The sink leaked and the tub didn’t even have a stopper it it. It was definitely outdated and old all around. The beds were like bricks

We booked the hotel through booking.com and when we checked out we got charged more. I had to call the 800 line to get it corrected.

Staff were all very friendly, welcoming and eager to serve. Check-in was a breeze, as was check-out. We chose the hotel for quick access to Kauffman Stadium and shopping.
The breakfast was great. Loved the choice of doing buffet style or ordering off of a menu. Food selections, though limited, are very good. Our breakfast was included in our reservation, but even if it weren't, the prices are reasonable.
Liked that the room had a Keurig, microwave and fridge. Beds were pretty comfortable and clean.
Hotel was overbooked so we ended up with a double queen room rather than the king we had selected. We were given extra Hilton Honors points to make up for this but it was disappointing. We were in town celebrating my birthday and had the weekend to ourselves. Hubby and I ended up sleeping in separate beds because we like to stretch out. Room was very cramped/small. Shower pressure left much to be desired. Seemed like anytime someone else in the hotel flushed/used water, the pressure would drop
The room we ended up with was on the back side of the hotel and as the evening went on, the noise from the interstate was significantly noticeable. Between that and folks going back and forth between rooms to visit one another, children running/skipping in tow, it was tough to get to sleep.
There was a large group staying and some of the group were noisy late into the night(though they did quiet down after I spoke with the front desk). If I had known in advance that a large group was staying for a family reunion, I'd have chosen a different location where we could've had the room we actually booked and had a little more peace and quiet.

The staff was very nice. The restaurant was great. The hotel really needs some renovation.

Location of where I was going worked very well. Facility was excellent.
Noise on the floor that evening. Kids were running in the hallway rather late.

The location and that management adjusted the price of the rooms after I mentioned that I was expecting a price adjustment due to the issues with my stay
That breakfast was not included, the rooms were worn, the room phone was broken. The water in the shower was not draining. I had to insist that maintenance fix the issue Housekeeping did not clean the room, after it was requested the day before. When the front dest was informed, I was told that I needed to come down to the front desk and pick up clean towels, and bedding, even though there were 2 staff members at the desk

Closer to arrowhead
Shower broken. Not breakfast included. Musty carpet in room. No AC on hallways. Expensive

Staff was very friendly and helpful 🙂! Always someone at the front desk, no matter what breakfast was great and made to order,,planning to stay there in November when we go back!

The room was very clean and fresh.
The lights over the vanity are so dim, it is hard to see to put on makeup

the staff was friendly
the pool area was old and rusty. It needs to be closed or reconditioned.

Good location.
We thought it was a bit pricey. Many hotels offer the same accommodations at a more reasonable price; however, we were travel weary and chose to stay rather than do any more driving.
3.6
Rooms need a little updating.
3.6
The location of the hotel was centrally located to a lot of restaurants, malls and close to where the meeting facilities were.
The hotel is old and nasty. I went to work out and was going to sit in the hot tub afterwards, only to find that there was only 1 treadmill in the workout room and it was not working. The hot tub was down for renovations, and the pool was small. I noticed that the metal windows separating the workout room from the pool were rusted and the workout room was dirty. The pool area also had rusted windows. The hotel rooms need to be updated as they are old as well, but our room was clean for the most part. In order to get a workout in, I decided to walk the stairs and the stairwells were dirty as well.

It was ok . Server staff were very pleasant.
Nice location for a walk
I thought so.e breakfast would have been gratis. But there was a menu which is good and the buffet was 7.00 which is good. But the actual bill was 2 people for $20. Not sure what was up with that. And I did not ask.
Dog area was out of bags .

After book and paying for a room. Once I got there to check in I was told "WE DONT RENT TO LOCALS. ANYONE THAT LIVES WITHIN A 50 MILE RADIOUS THEY DONT ACCEPT. This was B.S and not professional.
