We had such a nice time staying here. Beds were so comfortable and room was clean.

the rooms were nice , updated and clean. Deborah at the front desk was THE BEST, The hotel was in a great location. We even met some nice people who were also staying there. Will go back again.

I would have liked the room to have a walk in shower instead of a tub.

Staff at regis.desk when cking in was not friendly nor helpful.ck in also took a long time.after we cked in they told us the power had been out all day.we had all our luggage on a cart and went to use elevator and it wasn't working. Went back to desk, manager didn't seem concerned. Said we could find another hotel or he would call elev. Repairman and we could wait. Another customer heard that and offered to help us carry luggage upstairs.(we are in our 70s). .o nly then did manager offer to help also. The room was fine. The breakfast was fine. And the regis.desk staff (different) was fine the next morning

Nice hotel, nice staff. Probably wouldn’t stay again though simply because I left more tired than when I got there.

The property was nice. Clean accommodations and the staff was pleasant.

The walls are PAPER THIN. I mean no buffer whatsoever. The occupants in the adjoining room must have been deaf because I was awakened at about 1:30 am by their television sounding like it was at max volume and was pretty much awake from that point on. I mean you could literally hear, with clarity, the words that were being spoken in whatever show they had on. This went on until they left the room at 9:00 am. You could hear the person above walking around and the person beside us showering. While the hotel is nice and clean, they definitely skimped on some of the building design.

I like to pick Holiday Inn express because of the beds.

The woman who checked us in had the most wonderful customer service skills. She acknowledged everyone waiting while giving the guest in front of her efficient service.

I would definitely use this Holiday Inn Express on a return visit.

Breakfast was excellent as well as the hostess that was attending. She was very accommodating and personable! 😃Staff at HE was very accommodating during an injury in the parking lot. When requested ice a staff member opened the kitchen area to retrieve ice for my family member!

The pool needed to be cleaned (vacuumed). Their was debri floating in pool water.

we had a great stay besides the elevators . everything else was nice. hoping they place a hot tub while remodeling

Location was easy to get to kept very clean even under construction

the elevators was down but that’s due to under construction. also wished they had a hot tub
