Gute Suite, mässiger Zimmerservice.

Mein Zimmer war wie erwartet eine "Suite" was reichlich Platz, eine Kitchenette, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank bedeutete. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Parkplatz ist kostenlos.

Ich habe mich leider wenig mit den Entfernungen zur Innenstadt verschätzt- beim Hotel tanzt nicht der Bär und die Fahrt zur Case Western und den Kliniken kann schon 40min dauern. Das Frühstück ist leider nur Mid-Western Standard, das heisst mit Wegwerf-Geschirr seine eigenen Bagel toasten, vorgekochte Rühreier oder Omeletts und Fleisch-Patties essen. Baked Bacon gab es nicht und alles im self-service. Ärgerlich war nur die "Zimmerservice-Policy", die nämlich einen täglichen "light service" vorsieht: Bett wird nicht gemacht, aber Müll geleert und nasse Handtücher entfernt. Leider aber keine neuen mehr aufgefüllt.

Overall nice suite

The layout of the room and amenities were nice. Breakfast was good. The linens and most of the room was clean and comfortable and the space had been renovated and was quiet.

The room was dirty, including used coffee mugs marked clean with visible coffee still present on the rim, a moldy coffee filter not cleaned by the staff from the prior guest, and moldy shower rooms.

Location was fine the breakfast was decent

My floor needed vacuuming also the lights in the kitchen didn’t work the dishes in the cabinet were unclean and the garbage disposal was making an alarming nose like something was stuck in there also there was a stain on the couch

The type of room we booked was not cleaned and they did not have another similar room available. we did not stay at the hotel and are requesting our money back

It was clean, warm, and the staff was helpful.

My stay was very pleasant after a disappointing Airbnb stay for several nights prior.

The location is near excellent shopping, etc, including Costco. I was pleased with breakfast. The staff was very friendly and exceptionally helpful! Access to washers/dryers was a convenient & unexpected bonus! The “Cleveland Clinic” rate is greatly appreciated with the stresses of a loved one that is hospitalized.

Rooms were dirty. Windows didn't open. Kitchen sink faucet was broken. Toilet was broken. Lights didn't work . TV remote didn't work, couch was filthy . FOOD was horrible. Served Pasta with meatballs ans there was no sauce for pasta . It was just cooked pasta. Need a full upgrade on rooms

Look above. Nothing was good . For a facility that is close to Hospitals you would hope those rooms would be better for patients recovering

not very helpful staf. When We arrived We wanted to get blankets for our children and it was problem. There arent any blankets. Our kids slept under the bed sheet. It was dirty bathroom.

Cleaning and housekeeping of the room was not good ( a lot of fingerprints on the furniture and dusty) People they keep garbage outside of their rooms . Elevator was not clean.

Extremely unclean. Very very disappointing considering pandemic.

The beds were comfy

The Stairway halls smelled like A dumpster or garbage badly. My room smelled awful (unknown odor). I used my person perfume on carpets and curtains. Linens in closet were left from last guest crumpled on shelves and dirty. Trash on floor. Paper. Bobby pins. Wadded paper. Obviously not vacuumed. Wadded up fabric softener between sheets. Dishes were dirty with food still stuck on them.
