Terrible. I changed my reservation to the Aloft for two weeks in July

Shuttle from airport

Coffee maker was broken. Tub wouldn’t drain. No laundry bag in closet. Condom wrapper under bed.

Great room lousy pool.

People were nice, beds were comfortable, bar/restaurant was cool and food was really good (great happy hour too), room was nice and it was quiet. Parking lot was well lit and free. Lots of food and shopping choices nearby.

The pool was dirty (hair, bugs, cloudy water) and most of the lounge chairs were ripped. We only had fresh towels and the trash emptied once during a 3 night stay. Did get caffeinated coffee when we called down since we only had decaf pods in the room. But we never received the toilet paper we called for (had to use tissues). Bathroom door had a hole in it that was filled with shaving cream.

Don't order get the breakfast would not recommend

The location was near the highway to leave.

Worst breakfast in 30 years of traveling. The front desk hostess was rude to several customers while waiting to check in and check out.

Breakfast was good. The room was clean. Good customer service...staff was friendly...

No trash bag in trash can and only 1 in the room in the bathroom. The tub is not free flowing needs to be unstopped...Duevet on the bed was full of hair and not my hair...

Great hotel close to Cleveland airport that has extended parking for a fee and a 24/7 shuttle.

Park and Fly packages. 24/7 Airport Shuttle. Close to the Cleveland Airport. Fat Head Brewery right there.

Nice hotel and a good location

Location was great! The breakfast was very good. It was better than your traditional hotel/motel free breakfast. The pool and sauna were nice too.

The pool room didn't have any clean towels. I went to the front desk and asked the attendant and she said they should be on the back of each lounge chair. I told her that the towels were all over the floor and the place was a bit messy. She said she would call someone to take care of the area but when I went back several hours later, it was the same. I took a towel from the room to dry off with. The thermostat in our room was broken and it caused the heat to never turn off. We woke up in the middle of the night and it was over 90 degrees in our room. It made sleeping difficult for the rest of the night. We reported the broken thermostat to the front desk the following morning at checkout and they said they would get that looked at.

Comfortable stay that met our airport needs. Staff very attentive.

Did not eat at the property. Staff was very helpful in arranging airport transportation. Room was clean and comfortable.

Price was slightly high for a basic room. Rooms could be cheaper for the size they are.

Great Shuttle / Less than average stay

the shuttle was very accommodating and friendly staff

Tub never drained when showering. It was still full when we woke up the next morning. All rooms are carpet and the hotel smells a dated.

Save Your Money, Not Worth Paying Up For

Pool looked nice, however didn't utilize it. Room was overall clean.

The shower water was cold, after running for a while it was luke warm at best. We purchased the breakfast and it was burnt, dried out and old. The heat in the room was very inconsistent, it ran at a high temperature no matter what we had set it at.
