Disappointing - I won't be back.

The room was clean. Late check in was easy.

We stayed at this hotel pre-covd and found it very comfortable, but that is not the case now. The hotel was very noisy - all night long. You could hear all of your neighbors - our upstairs neighbor showered at 2:30am. There was only warm water not hot, both mornings. The bed was like a taco with a big sunken area in the middle, which made it very difficult for both my partner and I to sleep in the bed together. The air handling unit was extremely noisy. One-half of the parking lot was not lit, making me concerned that my car would be broken into since the hotel is remote.

Definitely recommend to stay here!

Nothing bad or good to say, room was nice, but nothing to be excited about, bed was sunk in center.

Breakfast was fine. Care was given to health issues.

Hot tub was not clear water, was green tinted, pool was clear but was not inviting.

Family of weekend travelers pleasantly surprised by our one-bedroom suite

The hotel was extremely clean. The complimentary breakfast buffet was more than sufficient. The staff was friendly. The location was safe and have quick access to a number of local attractions.

We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the hot breakfast was very good and they had afternoon snacks a couple nights we were there. The staff was very nice and friendly. My kids loved the indoor pool.

Our room was on the first floor and the guests above us were either walking loud or jumping in the middle of the night. We were woken up at 2am from the noise 2 of the 3 nights we stayed. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend asking for a room on the 2nd floor.

It was fine but the smell made the stay not very pleasant.

The room was spacious

The room smelled really, really bad like smoke and the hallway smelled like dirty diapers. It made us want to stay out of the room until we had to be there.

Our room was not clean when we got into it we found trash under the bed. The couch and kitchen chairs were very stained and dirty looking. Carpet looked very dirty.

Exceptional Value! My new go-to hotel when I need one in the area.

I have stayed in many different hotels around the Detroit/Novi area in Michigan. Staybridge Suites was exceptionally clean, spacious, and came equipped with everything that I needed for work or to stay for an extended period of time. Even comes with little perks like a free bag of popcorn to cook in your microwave.

Quiet and peaceful

Doesn't feel like a hotel. More of a homey and cozy feel.

No do not disturb magnets in room Housekeeping ALMOST walked in on us. It wasn't close to check out time.

It was an excellent experience! I recommend this hotel especially for families.

The WiFi and TV was my only issue. The WiFi would not stay connected, and the TV would not all us to watch any of the channels it said it had.

Very nice stay for 3 nights. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was included and also the Hot Tub!

Good breakfast and good location with alot of open space around the hotel. Parking was ample and free. Lovely view from our windows on 2nd floor. Court yard was very pretty.

Can't think of anything that could have been better...
