Great hotel, would stay there again and again.

We liked the appearance of Delta, very nice when you walk in. Check in was fast and smooth. The room is really nice and clean and comfortable.

A bit too much noise from the freeway. Not a dealbreaker for us.

Hotel comodo per tappa intermedia..nelle vicinanze c'è un buon ristorante messicano

Il servizio per la colazione lascia molto a desiderare, personale incompetente e poco cortese con gli ospiti. La piscina era piuttosto sporca..e posta in una brutta posizione, al tramonto nn vede il sole.

Disappointing

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.

Non working elevators. No free breakfast, even with a $200 room. Housekeeping didn't check alarm so it woke me at 6:00 am. The morning staff wasn't very personable. No easy access to get luggage from covered entrance to parking lot. No vegan options on restaurant menu.

Spacious room, with amazing hot water for extended periods. Staff was friendly all the while up to her neck with others checking in.

The only downfall was one of the elevators was out of order so at times you had to wait a few extra minutes to get the elevator.

Worst experience in years of traveling.

So many things went wrong on a one night stay. There isn't anything good I can say.

I was charged for an alcoholic beverage, and I don't even drink. As a matter of fact I didn't order any food or drink during my stay. The hotel couldn't locate a manager to remove the charge before I left. Never refunded. The air in our room was broken, the housekeeping services claimed they spoke no English when I asked a question. Shady shady staff. Don't stay, avoid and pay a few dollars more to stay at the courtyard next door.

Rough Night

The beds are amazing. The room was very clean. Very easy check in process.

The room service menu is very limited with options I don't think the average person would like. There was a disturbance outside our room. It lasted almost an hour. I called the front desk to let them know. 25 minutes after the 1st call, I called again as they were still in the hall. I was told someone had been up to quiet the situation, but she would send them again. When the person showed up, the guest were in their room. He knocked on their door, told them there's a complaint about their noise. The guest says they'll quiet down & the hotel staff responded.....you are good. After he left it was still another 15 mins before they quieted down. This was after midnight.

Great quick overnight stay with a fabulous breakfast!

It was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and had a boutique feel. Loved the good parking area and the landscaping in front.

The location is right next to the freeway and you can hear every car that goes by. That being said though, if you have the ac on , the tv on , and close the room darkening drapes you cannot really hear too much. The bathroom was beginning to show some wear and tear. A touch up on the remodel needs to be done.

nice updated hotel but not for kids

it’s a very nice up to date hotel

they had no hot tub or pool that could be used , so that was a big issue with our kids as there was absolutely nothing for them to do , and they do not tell you this ahead of time or at check in

I loved the size of the rooms and of course the beds are the most comfortable beds I have ever had the pleasure of sleeping in . It's going to sleep on a cloud.

Their system continuously charged my card random charges everyday with no explanation why. Also our fitted sheet was dirty and had old pee on it.

Room needed to be dusted. Dust bunnies on the floor. So much noise from I-85.
