It was a nice place to stay with very helpful and friendly staff. I would stay here again.

Breakfast was good. Staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean but kind of had a musty smell to it.

We could hear the people above us. I was a little surprised that we could hear them that much. We could hear them walking and moving things in the morning.

Pleasant, the boys really loved it which made me very happy

The breakfast was terrific. The pool hours great as I was there with 2 grandsons. The room was mostly clean

There was a lot of litter in the hallway and wasn't clean. I know it was due to. Other guest but, it was left that way as if short on staff.

Nice place overall. Convenient location.

Nice place overall; met our needs for the weekend. The king size room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. It had a mini gym that we utilized; it worked for us. The location was convenient, right off the freeway and in walking distance to several restaurants.

The view wasn't amazing; it was of what seemed like storage garages. The last day we were there, the power went out. It would've been good to get communications about it and know what to expect as a result.

it’s close to my mom’s houses, has different restaurants around it. easy to get to!

we could hear the guy puking in the adjoining room at 1 am

Good size room clean room and bathroom.

Couldn't get help at the front desk. Computer wasn't working at check in. Had to add a child and asked for a roll away cot. It was left in the hallway. Had no sheets or blankets for the pull out sofa. Went to ask for sheets and blankets and a couple extra towels. Only had 3 sets of towels for a check in party of 4. Was brought out sheets and blankets then desk attendee left and we had to wait 30 minutes at dest holding sheets to ask for towels again when she finally came back to the desk. Could have been better.

clean & friendly.

no towels, no extra bedding in room, hardly any breakfast at 8:15am, booked with confirmation and when I checked in they couldn’t even find my reservation. waited 45 minutes to figure that out.

Disappointing

Location and pool

The bedding was dirty and blood was on the comforter. When asking for a new one was given a thin blanket on a freezing cild evening. When we asked for more towels since there were 3 of us and only 2 towels was told they were out of towels.

I had an adjoining room with a loud family on the other side plus I was near the outside door which was extremely loud when it was shut. I was too exhausted to request a different room but I did express my opinion to the assistant manager who was pleasant but basically did not care. I was hoping she would refund my money but she did not offer

Passable

Had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check us in. When he finally wandered out, he appeared to be either high, or coming off a nap. The elevator was dirty, walls and floor. After that, we were hesitant about what the room might look like. It was fine though, clean and comfortable.

Great halfway point to St. Louis.

The breakfast was good, the kids loved the waffles.

The rooms are not really soundproof so if you have people above or beside your room that are noisy, your going to hear them.

I think the floors could’ve been cleaner in the room

Breakfast was just OK.

The fact that the hotel was not even fully booked, and they put me right next to the elevator. When I asked for a different room, I was given the option of a room, and when I am reviewed that room and haven’t been made up. They were less than accommodating for that. I ended up with the room by the elevator.

They no better than motel 6 anymore

I can say it was disappointing this location is very run down with heavy. Vapors inside rooms it hits your room if your next to them

Vaping smells inside room, dirty not like the holiday inns of the past, loud noises 2 nights in a row, I think they got some drug dealers here

I had higher expectations for our room but for the price, I’m sure it was fair

The hallway had a strong mildew odor.

We had no coffee cups. Smell in hallway.

Exceptional

Breakfast was simple but good. Everything was pretty clean and the room was spacious and comfy. Bathroom was huge! Employees were super helpful. We hit a couple small issues but the front desk people were great and accommodating.

The pool was okay except it looked slightly greenish and looks like it could use an update. The floor was super slippery when it got wet in there even when just trying to walk. Hot tub definitely ends a remodel. Also could here everything the people above were doing and saying. It sounded like a herd of elephants were above us.

Nice place with exceptional staff

My only comment is how long it takes to get hot water in the shower. It seems like such a waste of water. I hope that can be fixed. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

I don’t care for adjoining rooms.
