Perfect

Great location, sensible parking, upscale modern vibe. But the staff was the best part, Valencia in particular, she really exemplified southern hospitality. We only knew her for minutes but feel like we left a great friend behind when we left.

Great overnight experience! Wish I would've stayed longer!

I loved how nice the staff and the rooms were! Everyone was friendly!

I didn't like having to pay for parking, but $10 wasn't so bad! I also didn't like having to use the room key to work the lights in the room! That was definitely different for me!

Disappointed, expensive five night stay

Location

If you like the unfinished basement type of hotel where your room is never completely cleaned, it’s difficult to get a parking place on the weekends, and you pay a big price for the inconvenience then this might be the hotel for you. Our bathroom including toilet and sink were not properly cleaned and dust and small pieces of stuff was left on the room’s floors unvacuumed. It was that way when we arrived and never properly cleaned. We had to go to the front desk three of our five nights to get toiletries that were nor replenished each day. Although there was a gated garage, the gate was up on the weekend evenings. Non electric vehicles were in the bays for charging thus depriving EVs of the opportunity. We won’t be back to the Indigo.

Loved the wait staff. Most were very upbeat and pleasant.

There’s no changing it but the fire house was busy during our stay. Sirens made me feel I was back in NYC. Probably wouldn’t pick this location again.

I really enjoyed the bar and patio area.

the cups in our room had very clearly been used as they had lip stick all over them and hair in our bed. the shower water pressure is awful as well for $300 a night I’d expect better.

Clean, hospitable and great location

Breakfast was good and the waitress was excellent. Very pleasant and personable. The hotel was very clean. The Rialto theater is a big plus. Nice venue

Good location, comfortable ambiance, friendly staff

Very comfortable lobby, nice outside seating area, friendly staff, especially the woman who made me a complimentary coffee—what a terrific personality she has!

Found 2 Bobby pins on the rug beside our bed (I don’t wear them), and the reading light on my side of the bed had been removed.
