Staff were rude and inappropriate

Room was nice & clean

Staff was rude, next to a strip club so didn’t feel comfortable walking around. We were not allowed to have any water or drinks at all in the pool area. Staff were in the pool and were being sexually inappropriate in front of families

Card issues checking out even though they already charged my card. So they have to call next day too try to fix issue and give back the deposit. 1st night someone was smoking weed on our floor that's all you could smell. We had small children it was insanely strong.

I have always liked this property. Liked the room overall.

My husband wished they offered coffee and to be charged a fee that I would later be reimbursed for without telling me was annoying. Overall good experience.

Delta- A Mixed Blessing!

Room comfort, staff excellent

Breakfast buffet very poor, cold, undercooked Dinner, they tried very hard, but while parts of the meal were excellent, other items either over or underdone. Staff wonderful, though!

the bartender was great, room was nice, overall can’t complain

the on-site bar was great but got me into trouble when I spent just as much on alcohol as I did the room lol.

Beds are very comfortable, great location

Our bathroom had hairs on the toilet and in the bath tub when we checked in. I checked in during the evening so I didn't have time to say anything because I was too tired. When I returned after housekeeping was done on Sunday, only 1 bed was made (sheets not changed), garbage was left on the ground near the trash, and although we got new bath towels they did not clean the sink, toilet, or shower. The heat also did not work, so at night it was really chilly. I expected better cleanliness/housekeeping for the price and from Marriott.

Great staff but sadly the food quality was subpar.

The staff at the restaurant/bar could not be friendlier or more helpful. They were just great!

Our stay was great other than our room was dirty.

Breakfast was good. Service was great!! The regular house was horrendous!! That definitely needs addressed! The one girl went up and she took care of our bed and cleaned up after the regular housekeeping. Salina Perdue was her name and she is awesome!

Housekeepers need to be addressed!
