Won't stay there again.

Terrible. Food was cold. Coffee was cold.

Hot food and coffee. Coffee pot in our hotel room was moldly. Totally unusable.

I got in late but I did call the hotel the night man wasn't nice and didn't really want to help. my key wouldn't open the back entry he seemed annoyed.

Bad experience, cockroaches and trashed rooms.

Location was great, close to shopping and entertainment!

Pool was closed. We founds signs of cockroaches, found one and took it to the office. Changed rooms, that was next to the elevator and door didn’t close correctly. Changed rooms again, busted window which was taped and toilet that kept continuously running. Very pleasant staff, just a bad experience.

Very nice hotel and great location.

Hot tub was out of order, pool was very small and no tub in our room just walkin shower.

I felt like royalty

I felt like royalty. It was like having a bunch of unobtrusive, friendly servants quietly taking care of everything and available if I needed anything more.

Not a single thing. This is the first time I have ever said this about somewhere I stayed.

Could have been better most likely will never be back.

Bed room was nice, clean, and good size

No hot water wasn’t told about at check in. Was told it would be back by midnight or early morning neither were true. When you travel all day and land someplace you expect a warm shower or a heads up there’s no hot water. Additionally, the folded egg with cheese in them were ice cold. They were in tub (bacon, sausage gravy seemed warm) but the eggs my group at were all ice cold no one finished and we went out for breakfast….

Great hotel poor staffing. The manager still has not called me back and it's been a week.

We didn't eat the breakfast at the hotel we went to Granite City and nearby restaurant

That the clerk@thefrontdeskchargedusdoubleforourroom.wehadalreadypaidthroughbooking.com and I told her that told her that she asked for a credit card for incidentals and then charged our room again

Great hotel but could be cleaner.

Great location, super friendly staff, good breakfast.

The shower head needs to be cleaned. There was a disgusting amount of hard water build up - i’m surprised water was even able to come out. Also there was mildew growing on the bathroom vent.

Meh. I won't stay here again unless nothing else in the area is available.

I liked the location.

There wasn't anything "major" wrong with our stay, however there were several little things that added up to make our experience less than enjoyable. For example, the room wasn't cleaned after the first night, as requested, and as a consequence, we ran out of towels. I called the front desk and was told that there wasn't anyone available to deliver them so I had go to the front desk and get them myself. That's not a big deal in itself, but I had to get dressed again and the elevator was so slow that it ended up taking a lot longer than it should have. The sink in the bathroom was partially clogged and would barely drain. The TV didn't have a guide that worked and it was not a smart TV so we were unable to watch Youtube, Netflix, etc. The free breakfast area was not kept clean, the trash was overflowing and the tables were not being cleaned by staff. The toaster didn't work very well and the food selection was limited compared to other hotels in this class. Like I said, none of these things are major problems but they added up and by the end of the weekend we were more than ready to leave.
