Breakfast was the only thing good.
Our room smelled like dog pee. We didn't get the refrigerator I asked for when I made our reservation... two men walked in our room when we were getting ready!... used the card they were given at the front desk! How do you do this??? We have been comming to this location two times a year for car events since 2002.... This was an awful experience this time!...price was incredibly high. Second guessing our next stays... which we are supposed to be comming back in August. Not fond of thinking about all the negatives.

The girl that checked me in was absolutely amazing she was patient and made my check in as smooth as possible as well as my check out very great personality which made me feel welcomed!
I didn't like that the bed was extremely hard so it made it uncomfortable for my body type, I also didn't like that housekeeping entered my room while we were out for the day I should have been asked if I wanted housekeeping or not or made aware that I need to let them know not to enter my room! That made me very uncomfortable and uneasy being that I have drinks in the room medication and money in the room. I would have preferred no one enter my room until we checked out. I also didn't like that my key did not work three times which was very inconvenient I also appreciated the girl that brought me the key up to the door the one time that the keys didn't work.

The breakfast was excellent. Had a variety of items and even though they said thy were short staffed, we still were waited in a timely matter. All the staff, front desk and all were very friendly.
We were not told we had to ask for housekeeping when we checked in. We had only one set of towels and had to go get towels and toilet tissue was almost gone when we checked in. We had to call for that also. And they could only give one roll. Our key never worked. We had to keep going to the front desk. The last time I had to get someone to come open it for us. They apologized for that.

We had a handicap accessible room and they met All my needs and requests. Room was spacious. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was great. The staff was on top of everything! We will be return customers.
The very last night, a party with kids arrived and allowed them to run up and down the halls and bang doors for almost 2 hours.

Breakfast was ok. Coffee was awful
Couldn’t get waited on at breakfast , coffee was awful , waited too long to be seated. Took 20 minutes to get a ticket so we could pay . My friend stays here often and recommended this place . He was very disappointed . So am I .

It was beautiful. The room was large. After traveling all day it is always nice to have a restaurant on site.

We were at a fundraiser in the convention center that is attached - it was nice to just walk back to our room
We had a deaf-accessible room for me (hard of hearing with double hearing aids) but the doorbell to flash lights so I know someone is at the door and I won’t hear a knock didn’t work at all. It’s important to give me accessibility that actually works instead of being more annoying by not working than not having it at all

The hotel was beautiful. My room was very clean and check-in was fast and easy.
No fridge in room. No coffee available in lobby. I usually stay in Holiday Inns and expect a fridge and a place to get more than a k-cup serving of coffee in the morning. Also, I tried to take a shower but after waiting over 5 minutes, the water from the tub faucet was still lukewarm. My friends who stayed in a room 2 doors down had a fridge; my other friends requested one and it was delivered to the room. As I only needed a place to sleep and had to travel at 4 a.m., I did not want to ask for these things. None of my complaints have anything to do with the staff--and the price of the room was quite reasonable, but if I stay in another Holiday Inn, I will be sure to ask about a fridge, whether coffee is available, and I will check on arrival to make sure there is hot water!

After staying there last year we liked the courtyard. very spacious and enjoyable. We enjoyed the bar and the breakfast last year.
The hotel seemed shabby and tired looking. There was a hole in the lampshade, bed side lamp wouldn’t work. It wasn’t really that clean looking. The staff seemed tired. Perhaps the hotel is catering to students, student teams and other groups looking for accommodations. The property is out of the way from highway 65 so travellers need a good reason to go there for just an overnight stay.
