Had a great relaxing time - couldn't get over the view.

We had a room right in front of the pool - it was so nice and relaxing there. They give you a small continental breakfast that comes in a basket in front of your door. Was good for us - but we do not eat much in the morning. Coffee was available as well. I didn't expect it to be so pretty - the view was really cool. We walked out to the end of the pier and just hung out on the chairs.

Really enjoyed it just what we needed to relax & chill.

Lovely private area with free amenities (bikes/kayaks/games). Really helpful friendly staff eager to please. Free parking outside. Large bedrooms. Lovely small jetty with seats to watch the sunset undisturbed. Muffins & fruit provided for breakfast.

The area is quite remote with few eating out options without having to driving. There is a small kitchen but with only microwave & fridge/freezer( our was slightly damaged) this limits ability to cook . The hotel has an outside bbq .

Truly a place to restore the soul.

The location was stunning, staff were so friendly, just idyllic

better WiFi and cushions on the loungers would have made this a 10. but there was nothing we didn’t like.

the location is exceptional

there is no room service for bless requested and the room was not as clean as it could have been , you have to wash your dishes in the bathroom sink which is not ideal

The location is a hidden gem at the upper keys. The setting is quiet and we loved the poolside cabana with tv. The sunsets are priceless!

Enjoyed the relaxed, private atmosphere of Coconut Palm Inn.

Slatted bathroom door, fan switch was hard to find (built into the cabinet- didn’t see it the first night), batteries in the AC remote died just before bed day 1

Our stay was fine. For the amount of time we were there it served its purposes but was expensive

view was awesome - best part bed was very comfy nice location - camp like atmosphere nice to have muffins delivered for breakfast small so quiet which was nice

my room needed an update there was something icky on the blinds in the bathroom The wall in the bathroom near the shower needed repair the pool area lacked appeal didnt wat to sit on the deck because the AC unit was right there

Everything. Roomy, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, multiple activities, small beach. owner and staff very friendly, helpful.

As with every other Keys rental, over priced by about 1/3. if you can get past that, you will probably have a very good time.

Beautiful place that needs better pest control

Location is very secluded and beautiful. the pool, beach and amenities were great and wish we could spend more time to use them.

On second day my wife found roaches and roach droppings in bathroom and kitchen. Reported the issue when we left.

The bed. The mattress was so soft (and probably worn out) that first person rolled into the center and there was no way second person could sleep. That was me.

Well Welcome into a peaceful oasis. You can really relax and watch amazing sunsets intimately.

Service was great, the setting of the property is amazing, and you can use at no cost paddleboards, kayaks, bbq... The property is very quiet. They will welcome you with a good drink to start your vacation relaxing! At night you can do s'mores on the fire ring, they provide you the kit for it! I needed to do a small laundry and they could arrange it for me (at no cost) to use their machine which was really great! It's located on the shore of the bay which is giving you amazing sunsets.

Mosquitos even in January and some rain that can get inside the room (suite 12) I don't know how. The staff has been very reactive to dry with a towel, but the area should be fixed. It's nice to have a breakfast in a lovely basket dropped every morning in front of the room, but no savory food, only sweet (Muffin and apple) and the coffee offered or the one you make in the room, which is so convenient isn't very tasty.

I will return to this hotel hopefully in the near future. Can’t believe this is the first time I’ve heard of this hotel.

How clean and quiet it was. We went to relax for the weekend and we were able to do just that. Kayaks and bikes are included so that’s a bonus as well as the outdoor seating and fire pit.

Would not recommend the room because of the old mattress

setting

The mattress was ready to be replaced and just pure mushy It was so soft, it was difficult to get out of the bed. We had a terrible nights sleep. The shower pressure was like raindrops.

Perfect quiet getaway

The Coconut Palm Inn was absolute paradise. A true hideaway for a quiet, peaceful vacation where all you need to do is breathe in the incredible atmosphere.

The room smelled of cold tobacco. All our clothes were impregnated with it. The bedding also smelled of tobacco...

Staff was very friendly and property was lovely!

Our room did not have a covered patio as most of the other room did. It rained all 3 days and we were stuck in the room and not able to enjoy sitting on our porch.
