Probably won’t come back

Good location, loved the hot tub

No towels, staff ignored the phone at the front desk, had to pay for parking but there was nowhere to park, not super clean, breakfast was overpriced.

We will not be returning or recommending.

The waterpark water was very cold and towels not readily available The breakfast was not as good as most Holiday Inns and you had to pay for it. The walls were thin and noise carried both inside and from the streets

Comfortable but way too expensive.

It was a decent hotel and the location is great.

Price was way higher than the reservation was quoted at. They charged me $200.00 extra for the water park when I only had 4 people going to it. I will never go here again for that reason.

Nothing! The rude staff, the price of swimming was ridiculous, the rooms were filthy and the staff was arguing with each other right outside our door

Staff was friendly

Had to pay for parking. Had to pay for breakfast and to use the pool. Plus the pools floor cut up my kids feet and made them hurt. The water slide left scraps on back and shoulders.

Overall very poor.

The opinion to have 2 king size beds was nice.

The fridge in the room was dirty. The booking didn’t disclose the number of wristbands allowed per room for the water park, also surprised there was no weekend wristband option. The parking outside of the hotel was a paid parking situation that was also not disclosed. Overall staff were not helpful. We won’t be staying there again.

Charging extra for the pool that they like to call a water park. Too much chlorine in the pool. Paying extra for parking in a terrible parking lot that was really tight.

Room and bed were very nice.

At $184 dollars a night we had to pay $15 per night for parking, $20 for the water park, and $100 per night deposit for "Incidentals". I won't do it again!

Very overpriced and unfriendly staff.

This hotel was completely overpriced. The waterpark is one sad waterslide and equipment structure. No lifeguard or staff in sight. NOT WORTH $20/person. Do yourself a favor and stay at a hotel with a regular pool, free breakfast, and free parking.

Deceptive advertising

People was nice

When we arrived, it said neither breakfast nor parking was included, but the hotel ad said otherwise. After we claimed at the reception, the receptionist said, "I'll give you two coupons so you don't get charged for breakfast," but we rented a room for 3 people!!... so, in the end, one person had to pay for breakfast! This is honestly my worst experience with a holiday inn, which we always choose on our travels because it is supposed to be the most complete and smooth.

It was clean. The screen and black out curtains were nice.

The water park was under construction, and no discount was given. It was noisy due to traffic and level above us. Paid for parking too. Also, the shower pressure was really low.

Last minute trip to see the CWS. Hotel was great

Convenient to the CWS. Very friendly staff. They provided a free shuttle from and to the airport.

I didn't stay at hotel

The staff was very helpful with the situation at hand.

Booking.com website stated that there was a $50 deposit charge for damages. Upon check I was charged $100 for damages. False advertisement.

Decent priced room, but dirty and poorly stocked. Be prepared to pay for parking and water park.

The bed was comfortable and it there were two king beds!

The room was very dirty! The was not enough towels for my family or toilet paper. Paying for parking is a inconvenience! Burger Theory would have been better if they had more staff.14.99 was way overpriced for the breakfast buffet.

there is drama down from our room where manager as well as police had to be called. there was also no cups in my room when I arrived. The fact that you had to pay for parking even in the hotels parking lot. And that it also cost extra for the wristbands to swim and it was not included in the room cost.

It's not terrible, but overall for the price improvement could be made.

The staff was very helpful and kind and the set up of the room was very accommodating to our family. Normally hotel beds are terrible for my back and this one didn't have me waking up in pain so that's a plus. 😊

The cleanliness wasn't as great as it could be. I think the pool passes should be for your entire visit, not just 1 day, especially since it's 20 dollars per person even after paying for a room. The pool closes at 9, and they were telling everyone to exit the pool at 840. For the price, I feel we should have got as much time as possible from check-in at 3 until 9 when we're paying extra for it. Breakfast was almost out of food by 9, and even the slim pickings left there was no one in site to order drinks from.
