Easy to find, free parking, free breakfast, peaceful and centrally located.

The pillows could have been a bit more solid they went very flat while laying on them

Hallways were creepy and confusing. Pool was dirty. Half of the electricity in the room didn’t work.

A home away from home with exemplary customer service and staff worth 5 stars!

The location was downtown central. It was close to everything a traveling family needs and wants. The staff were welcoming and helpful. They were also precautions in terms of entry but once checked in we quickly understood it was a safety and quality control measure and felt grateful for that measure of caution. The heated indoor pool is an amazing asset and you can use it all year long. The pool and gym hours were fantastic. The room was clean and as expected from the pictures shown by the hotel. When asked for restocking or cleaning the staff was quick and efficient to fulfill our needs.

The incidentals was pretty high and parking too considering the location, but our experience there was worth the money spent. A food for though to improve the hotel’s gym amenities is by including more weight lifting machines. There’s only Dumbbells and a bench. For active members we would like variety, not only cardio equipment(treadmill/indoor bicycle). That means adding strength training and specialized machines that would be exceptional!

Not returning under any circumstances!

I am 72 -- they "officially" had no support for anything. Thankfully, there were a couple of staff who really made an effort to assist despite the official " sorry". Not impressed with the cleanliness -- very limited services.

The cost of my room was over whelming cause when I got to my room one of the rooms from the two bedroom suite wasn’t cleaned they left cleaning supplies the refrigerator was dirty, it was over uncomfortable

They did not except my source of payment but charged my card anyway.

Disappointing

The staff and indoor pool.

The furniture was torn, the flat sheet on the bed had a stain on it. I saw 2 roaches. One in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. There were complimentary disinfectant wipes that expired in 2022 left for guests. For the amount of money that’s charged to stay there, I expected cleanliness above all.

Very friendly staff.

The place was filthy with several stains all over the couch and furniture. The curtains were torn. It was hot and muggy. The AC didn’t work.

I will stay here again

It was only 4 floors which I considered a safety benefit. I had a room on floor 4 and could see my vehicle parked in free parking from from my rented room.

I am not sure if I controlled the A/C temperature or if the hotel did but at least there was A/C functioning during yet another heat advisory in the Inland Empire. Also king size bed was extra firm not to my liking.
