The air-con(heat) air vent face to the bed, I can't use.

I enjoy staying there when I visit my family, but it’s the first time I experienced bugs in my room.

Its location is near my family and near to shopping.

There were house caterpillars while I was there.

Gross bathroom

There was a microwave and an oven there.

The bathroom was dirty and there was brown disgusting stuff around the toilet bowl. The bathroom wouldn't flush

Convenient location. Clean comfortable, and Susan checked us in and she was fabulous. Kind considerate.

Spacious, pleasant and straightforward at a decent price.

The room was large, quiet, well kept and comfortable. It's definitely "well used", but it doesn't look shabby. I would have been happy to stay there if my trip had been longer, and I would try to stay there again when visiting the same area. Breakfast buffet was included and I found it quite decent.

We would return. With family nearby, we might stay here again.

Breakfast was acceptable. What made it noteworthy was the extremely attentive and friendly staff person assigned to the area. The area was clean and not too crowded. The food was as expected for a complimentary offering. Reception staff and housekeeping staff were likewise helpful and friendly.

The heating/air conditioning system took some getting used to. Took too long to cool room. Then, it got overly cool and took to long to warm up. The hotel is very close to I-95. Traffic noise is an issue at times.

I didn’t like how the hotel staff treated me. revise your camera than you’ll see where am coming from .

Very comfortable and satisfying. It was like living at home but without the clutter.

The breakfast was fine and conveniently located. The staff was very helpful, especially at the breakfast. The parking was very convenient and I almost always got the same spot. It is so close to a major shopping mall with great stores and not far from commuter rail either., Just off a major highway.

Well.....we would have liked to stay longer.

The locality to the Commuter rail, 0.2 miles and a 5 minute walk, and easy on/off I-95. Shopping is less than a 5 minute walk as well

Would have enjoyed a hot breakfast in the morning, not just the waffles and whatever we could microwave

clean room, friendly staff, liked they had free breakfast.

The only complaint about our stay was that we cold hear the highway traffic early every morning which woke us up.

Comfy bed and pillows, access to Netflix/Amazon Prime on TV, having a kitchen and fridge, spaciousness, having a nice desk area to work, quiet room, nice and warm. It was a comfortable stay overall.

There was no trash can in the kitchen and I had to ask for one, the coffee pot was missing from the coffee maker, there was only one fork and one spoon in my room, no small pot just one saute pan, the shampoo and conditioner were quite low and were difficult to pump out. It was a comfortable stay otherwise, just not well stocked.

My room and the lobby had a dirty scent. My room had no couch. Some Lights did not work. No blue dryer. No bottled water. Did not measure up at all to Marriott standards

Disappointing

The place was beautiful

The dishes and microwave were disgusting, one stove top didn’t even work it was broken I was looking to cook took even longer and of course I call to complain and there’s nothing they could do for me nor was there a manager to talk to. And I have yet to hear back from one. Very upsetting !
