Breakfast was good. Staff came by each morning and asked if we need anything. The reception area staff were friendly and helpful. The eating area was fine. We parked close to the rear entrance which helped in coming and going. Our second-floor room was quiet.
The room was a disappointment for the price: No door (for privacy and odor control) for the toilet/shower. The fancy "barn door" for the combination bath, vanity and closet area was heavy to slide open and shut and screeched when moved. No furniture for clothing storage. The sitting area had a daybed (couch that doubled as an extra bed) that had no pillows to lean against. The lighting in the room was easy on the eyes.

Nice and comfortable room for 5 people.
Staff was very nice and friendly and let us eat in the dining area food we brought from a nearby restaurant.
Good restaurants available within walking distance.
Nothing!

Clean. Great location. Continental breakfast. Spacious room. Management very helpful when needed.
1) Two separate mornings front desk did not have quarters for laundry machines. Had to go across street to Hampton Inn & Suites to get quarters. 2) Housekeeper in training entered my room while I was gone with DND sign hanging on door. A few fresh towels placed in bath but room not cleaned, dirty towels not removed, trash still in room and bed not made. Unk at that time if anything was missing. Immediately rptd to front desk and requested supervisor but no one contacted me. I had to go to front desk next morning around 10:30 am to speak with a manager. Mgr Hillary Russo was unaware of incident (message from front desk did not get to management) but very helpful and immediately looked into the issue and found housekeeper in training entered room and told to exit by trainer once DND sign was observed. Nothing was missing/stolen from room.

Swimming pool and breakfast
We got a room for handicapped because there wss no other room left. It looked like we were in the basement and the room smelled weird.

Convenient and close location to NAU Campus. Quite and comfortable, staff was amazing
The microwave needs to be replaced. Has mold between the glass on the doors. Would have been a perfect hotel room if there was another door between sink area and toilet/shower space.

Staff at the front desk was nice and welcoming. Location was good where Walmart is right across the street. Close enough to the highway but can barely hear the noise. A good place to stay for a night before visiting the Grand Canyon.
Cleanliness should be improved. Saw a hair in a towel and a few yellow spots on the bath towel. Room wasn't very big, and you could get jammed between beds and the bathroom.

The friendliness of the staff. The cleanliness of the room.

I like this hotel very much. It was in a nice area with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. This hotel is close to Northern Arizona University. The room was nice and comfy for the 5 of us that were staying there.
I liked everything about this hotel. It was a nice stay.

Convenient location
Service sucked. Front desk should spend less time outside smoking or goofing off. Did not respond to request for an additional pillow and blanket for the sofa bed. Mentioned the issue in the morning during checkout and the front desk didn’t even care. I’m not staying here again if that is the way that they treat the guests.

It was only 3 miles to the Pepsi amphitheater
The ice machine on the first floor was not working, and the air condition in the lobby was not working.
Breakfast ends at 9 o’clock that’s too early to end breakfast. It should at least go to 10 AM on the weekends.

Breakfast was good!
AC was out in the hallways/main areas/gym. We were put on a floor with adolescent sports teams taking every other room. They were so loud at 11pm at night all coming back from their games, screaming down the halls. The main guy we worked with at the front desk wasn’t welcoming and seemed to clearly be having a bad week, as we stayed four nights and it didn’t get any better.

Great location and very helpful and friendly staff
The pool was very small, crowded and COLD! Also the room had a weird layout with a sliding door to the restroom in the center of the room between the beds. Made mid-night bathroom use overly disruptive.

Great location. Good breakfast.
Nothing.

It is close to the college (NAU).
We booked a (2) queen room with a pull out sofa/bed. We were given a (1) queen room with a pull out sofa/bed. When we brought it up to the front desk, they said that is all that is available. When I asked what to do, they said they would talk to the general manager. Ive yet to hear from them. But that isnt what we paid for, and needed the room.
The free breakfast was inedible. Every part of it.
