Ideal location for a relaxing break

We looked at many hotels in the area before choosing the Montgomery Marriott Prattville Hotel and we are very happy with our final choice. The hotel was in a great location on a golf course and away from all the main drags meaning it was very quiet at night and ideal for a relaxing break when visiting family in Millbrook. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Love this hidden treasure! Staff is so very kind and generous. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is amazing. By the golf course.

I believe this was once a very nice hotel but looks a little shabby now and caters to a certain class of people. I would

I liked the setting and the beds were divine. some of the other guests were somewhat unreasonable and complained about too much nose from my room at 830pm, I am a grandmother and a professional person snd I assure you there were no wild parties going on in my room, I liked that there was a restaurant, a breakfast buffet and a nice pool and hot tub.

I didn’t like how long it took to check in ( stood in line 10 minutes behind someone scrolling through her phone trying to book future weekends) or some of the other occupants who seemed very “entitled.” I also was not happy with the moldy smell that came out of the air conditioning vent when we turned the air down .

“A Non-Golf Course View of the Golf Course”

We liked the fact the property was quiet.

We did not like the golf course view, which we requested, excepted, and paid for, since the view from two third-floor rooms were blocked by trees.

Was supposed to have a golf course view and all we saw was trees. No scenery.bed sheets were on backwards with tags by pillows. Bathroom had 1/4 inch of dust on towel and toilet paper hangers. Fridge didn't work. Cable TV kept shutting off. Worse hotel stay ever

High Priced for Subpar Stay

The location was super discrete, and the pool had tall hedges around it which I liked.

Unfortunately, they only have one elevator, and are not flexible in accommodating any late check-outs at all. They also did not have any pool towels available my entire stay, and the house keepers forgot to clean out the coffee maker as there were left over coffee bags still inside the machine. Their restaurant down below called Oak Tavern was terrible. I gave my exact order on what to take off of my food and they still gave it to me with everything on there anyways. If I had been allergic I would have been on my way to the hospital. Breakfast time was no better. Staff was a bit rude, and just a fair warning to those who purchase breakfast with your booking: It does NOT cover all of your guests, ONLY one.

A delightful stay

Staff was friendly, property is beautiful near a golf course and other main stores. The beds were soooo comfortable we all had a great nights sleep! Clean, friendly, good location can’t get any better than that!
