Ample parking.
The cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms are stale and dingy. The first room I was in had an offensive perfumed smell. I think it was a deodorizer which is concerning; what are they trying to cover up. Within a few minutes I was having an allergic reaction. I switched rooms and the second room had a slight trace of the odor but it was bearable. I don’t think anyone had used or cleaned the second room in a while though because there was a layer of dust on the surfaces. There was a staleness to the room, the carpets looked worn and dirty, the pillow cases were wrinkled, and pillows were thin, bed springy, and sheets had snags and runs in the threading.

Everything was fine except the loud banging noise occurring every minute 24/7. We were told there were no there rooms available. We slept terribly
Banging heard in the room every minute 24/7

Bed was comfortable, parking was plentiful
I keep receiving messages requesting feedback with no link attached, so I'll let them know here since they want to know so badly. The stay was NOT good, so it's frustrating to be sort of taunted like this asking for feedback they don't care about getting. The woman who "greeted" us was curt at best, but I would call someone who is supposed to make you feel welcome and is cold and unfriendly, just plain rude. We were placed near wedding guests who slammed doors all night and all morning, talked loudly, and someone had a barking dog when it was supposed to be pet-free. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, as I found tiny black clusters and long black hair on the bathroom floor within a short time of being there. My daughter and I are both blonde. Won't even get into the lovely view of the beer depot, the liquor store, and the redemption center. So, for the price, I'd say, no, we were not satisfied. I left annoyed, and that's never a good sign. I'm even more annoyed that I'm being hounded for feedback that they must not want, and when you reply you get an away message, but now I want to give the feedback to them because that stay was not cheap and it was NOT satisfactory.

Love how close it is to RPI. Love the Sports Bar.
The clock alarm went off at 530am. Woke myself and my sister up. Scared a bit until we realized what it was. Housekeeping should shut off the alarm when cleaning the room for new arrivals.

Convenience to downtown, reliable, helpful staff
Parking was tough because of an evening event but it cleared out later that night

The breakfast is good, the location of the hotel is vital, close to everything, banks, restaurants, and the bus station as well 😁
What I did not like is the price at the end of the week and cleaning courses every three days. The bathrooms need cleaning every day or two days at least. The water tasted and smelled strange in the hand-washing basin

Awesome and the crew was very nice🥰They greeted me kindly and indicated what was available for breakfast and what I could order as a special request for breakfast.
The price over the weekend was too high for one night🥴The price on Saturday night was $334. That's a lot

Location
Bed & sheets were uncomfortable and pillows were uncomfortable. Too much synthetic, slippery fabric.

Everything was generally pleasant. The place felt huge, definitely bigger on the outside than inside. Rooms and beds were comfortable, and the thermostat seemed reasonable. I've been in too many Goldilocks hotel rooms where it's either tooooo hot or toooooo cold and you wake up in the middle of the night messing with the thermostat so you can sleep. For whatever reason I didn't have that problem here, nor with flat pillows or itchy blankets. Slept through the night. Very refreshing.
When we first arrived at the location very early (11 am?) we had nothing better to do, so we visited the lobby and told the front desk that we had a reservation. She literally laughed at us and said come back at 3 pm. I realize we were early and didn't particularly expect a room to be ready, but usually in that circumstance we're greeted a little more cordially, maybe an "I can check for you..." or "When your room is ready we can send you a text" or even a "You can leave your bags here." Rarely a "Don't come back until the specified time."
Also they seem very upchargey. $12.50 for breakfast? Would it have been included if we were in the club? When we got to the room there were bottles of water tagged "free for something something guests, $2.50 for everybody else." I have no idea what group or tier I'm in (if at all) so I had no clue if I was supposed to touch it.

Breakfast was good and had a good variety of options.
More signage would have helped.

It was just so dirty. The floor was disgusting. The TV didn’t work and no one was available to help. Our key card stopped working, which happened to multiple people because we had to wait in a line to have it fixed.
The bed was gross and uncomfortable.
A lot of things. The room, the carpet, the bed.

Location was central and close to where I needed to be.
Check in was horrendous. Staff rolled their eyes and made it difficult. First couldn't find booking, then a lengthy process of getting it fixed.

The attached restaurant (Recovery Sports Bar) and pool were fantastic. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly.
Room was small and not very attractive given the high price paid.
