Lo más parecido al infierno.

Nada, como es posible que ustedes recomienden semejante sitio; pésima atención de una dama y un caballero de raza negra, que contestaban muy mal las preguntas del huésped. Solo un joven americano de raza blanca fue formal y atento.

Ya lo dije, no me gustó nada, tuve que retirarme a otro hotel dos noches antes de terminar mi reserva por la pésima atención. Espero que Booking me resarza económicamente los perjuicios por el insuceso.

It’s clean, quiet, and near food, and stores.

It was very clean, and located in the area I prefer to be in. The lady at the desk helped me a lot, she was very patient, and knowledgeable.

The laundry room was so hot. Not the best ppl hanging around there.

My stay was convenient but I wish I was not creeped out by roaches crawling on my cup

I saw at least 3 roaches and although I got a smoking room it wreaked of smoke. the receptionist was not very friendly and answered her cell phone several times while checking me in was very unprofessional. she was very rude and direct

I believe the hotel had homeless vouchers handed out, as in the the people staying there were bringing in food boxes and all sorts of thing. I'm not opposed to that type of program as I am a so I Worker but it's not how I pictured my family vacation.

Not a pleasant stay.

Location was close to friends that I was visiting.

The first morning, I was woke up at 7 AM because the room next door had a dog that barked for 30 minutes none stop which I did not report to staff. The second morning, I was woke up at 5 AM. This time, I did report the incident at 5:30 AM. Staff did come out to resolve the matter however, the guest was not present in the room. I was advised by Motel 6 staff that they knocked on the door for a few minutes and that the police would not come out so they could not do anything about it. The dog continue to bark until 6:45 AM when the owner returned. Also, I requested for a non-smoking room but the room I was assigned to smelled like smoke.

Would not recommend

Did not stay give me a smoking room which I can't do allergic. Would not give me a room it was non-smoking without enough charge. Never specified smoking on my reservation the manager would not even speak to me when I asked to speak to him. And it was a very unsafe environment.
