awesome minus staff attitudes.

Check in was quick and easy. The lobby and so on were very clean. Check out was convenient and fast.

Person who greeted us was abrasive and had a rude tone. The breakfast attendant was snippy. Availability of items in snack area was limited.

Cozy, clean and inviting.

Friendly staff, clean and very welcoming. Comfortable beds. Sparkling clean and layout of our room was great! Loved the useable balcony with settee. We opt out of Breakfast included, so I can’t comment on that. I do know that their Cappuccino’s are great though. They have a lovely courtyard area as well with a fire pit in the back; hence, “Courtyard”. You just have to ask someone to light it for you if you want to enjoy it. I don’t know about roasting marshmallows, you’d have to ask.

I think Breakfast should be included at this price level. But other than that, nothing.

Very good

Spent $184 a nite and had to pay for coffee. The tea bag type coffee in the room, 1 bag for 2 people,two nights. The outside side door, near our room didn't latch well, so anyone could walk in.

Exceptional

I liked that since there were renovations going on with the hotel, they automatically moved my reservation to the residence inn next door. There were no issues with checking in either.

I wish I would've had a better view, but there wasn't really anything to complain about.

I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in the area.

The facilities and amenities were clean and secure.

For the price, I wish breakfast was included and offered.

great location but unorganized and not very clean

location was great

bathroom had hair everywhere which was later determined to be from the 3rd floor maid. because after we cleaned it up we asked for a towel change and when she left the floor was covered with it again.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was a busy weekend there and they kept on top of things. Hotel was very clean and easily accessible. We would definitely stay there again.

An Ok place

I took my two boys for a one night trip for an event in town. Staff was super nice and friendly, went to room after check in to an employee in our room, so we stayed in the hallway until they left. I followed my boys in and on the couch was a pile of dirty linen, stained carpet and in unpleasant smell. For the price was totally disappointed in the room and won’t stay again, thankfully the staff for super kind, that’s about the only real thing they have going for them. I would of had to of changed hotels if it were for an extended stay.

It’s location was very convenient to shopping and dining options

When we checked in their computer system had been down so one of our rooms for my mother actually already had an occupant. This issue was quickly resolved. The other room for my wife and I was ready but when we checked in we noticed hair everywhere in the bathroom. We cleaned it up but we were concerned about cleanliness. The following day as we were leaving the hotel to attend my daughters wedding we found the 3rd floor maid and asked her to change out our towels. When we returned we had new towels which was great but there were hairs all over the bathroom floor again. Obviously these were the maids hairs. Maybe a hair net should be part of her uniform. Also the plants outside need watered badly.

I didn't like being asked to switch from my King to a Queen due to overbooking. I also didn't like getting to my room and it being not cleaned.

Lovely courtyard with firepit

Susan at the front desk was delightful and helpful. I enjoyed eating my Panera take-out in the peaceful courtyard while the sun set. Comfy bedding and black-out curtains allowed me to sleep well.

Disappointing

Hotel is near many stores, restaurants-great location. The king room has a balcony which looks out to the city which was nice.

There was confusion about reservation upon check-in and then given wrong room. Was eventually given correct room. Ice machine broken, no vending machines for drinks on our floor.

Very nice great location close to the Nutter

The hotel was very clean the bed was very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We stayed there to see a concert at the Nutter stadium. It was very close to that location. Would definitely stay there again!

Given a Dirty Room during a Pandemic

The hotel was conveniently close to Walmart and the Fairfield Mall.

I was given a room that wasn’t clean during a pandemic. The bed was made but the bathroom was full of dirty used linen in piles on the floor. Left over cleaning rags on the counter. Full trash cans. Horrific experience for me.

The pictures are not what you get in terms of what is in the room. General Manager was suppose to refund my money and never did had to call to check in status.

Checking in at the front desk is a long process. Wait times are high.

Location is great. For outsiders all the restaurants and daily shopping needs are close by

Location and a reasonable price!

Susan was sweet and happy to see us whenever we walked through the lobby. The other staff was just as friendly, I just don't know his name.

The grab and go breakfast was small muffins, nature Valley bars, and tiny donuts. Fresh fruit would have been better, an apple or orange would have started my day on a fresh note.
