Don't stay here. Do yourself a favor and find a proper hotel
The hotel is terrible. Has major cleanliness and hygiene issues going on. There was rodent feces in the bathroom, the AC was leaking as in the whole floor rug was wet and moldy. Furniture looks run down. Overall just horrible.

My husband & kids liked the breakfast.
Pool was closed. We were able to go the pool at the other hotel across the parking lot. At check in they charged me $80 more than the fee was when I booked. The 2nd day our key cards didn't work. Corrosion on the shower head (green & white). The bottom of the tub was chipping. Stains on walls & sheets. Smelled of mildew. Small hole in the ceiling in the hallway. Chunks missing from the walls in the elevator. The shampoo & conditioner was half empty. We didn't have wifi, so no streaming. Candy squished into the floor. Fridge worked 50% of the time. Roadwork on the street to get in on both ends. We had to cut through the stores parking lot everytime. Hated being there. Always dreaded going back after every excursion. We left the night before check out & drove the 6 1/2hrs home. Didn't want to stay another night. I took pics to prove all of it. I wanted to leave but didn't have anymore money to spend on another hotel. I budgeted for what I was supposed to be charged & then my bank sent an email telling me more that I alloted was taken out. Was supposed to be $358. They took out $440. I asked about it & they said it was for extra taxes & people usually yell about it. (It's not letting me post all of my photos)

I spend 17 years in the US Navy aboard ships, and the breakfasts were not this bad.
Not much, the breakfast was barely edible. the waffles came out a little raw, the scrambled eggs were inedible.
The overall clenliness of the hotel was deplorable, holes in the ceiling, dirty floors in the elevator. the front door barely opens. they ran out of coffee one morning. there was a musty smell in the hotel, It seems as though this has become a place for substandards are accepted. I will not stay here again. Oh, and the internet is locked down I could not use my firestick to wtch anything I needed, your TV's only have netflix.. :-( And I am not sure WHY the rate went up on my bill..
Feel free to look it up Greg Knox Stayed in room 200. And the Bathroom fan was dismantled and not working. No hand towels and the little bottles of shampoo and such was barely enough for ONE person, much less two. I came in one night and the elevator floor was disgusting, I called the front desk, let it ring probably 10-15 times and hung up, noone answered the phone :-(
Defiantely not what I would expect from a Marriott Property.
is this evidence of the illigal imigrants getting free housing???
Again, I will NEVER stay at this location again.

East access to the shopping and dining!!
The pool area wasn’t up to schedule the water wasn’t being circulated like it should so there was a lot of debris in the water for my kids! Other than that everything else was excellent!

Rooms were decent and temp was good, breakfast was good only minor defects
Breakfast waffles tasted soapy, coffee tasted old, pool was very filthy, staff was possibly having an off day at check in 2nd day she had a better attitude.

The front desk young lady was exceptionally sweet to me.

Breakfast was just ok, most of the hot items were not refilled or ran out. waffles were the only thing that seemed to be ok.
the pool was disgusting, not swimmable. We were told we could use either hotel neighboring pool, but those were gross as well and were indoors. It was the middle of summer and we really wanted to relax at the end of the day by the pool but absolutely could not. Not only was there slime/algae but hair of some sort floating in the pool. Really disappointed and bummed our whole trip.

Loved that the ac was cold at night. It’s a decent size room.
The bathtub was dirty. I asked about extra towels and a blanket for the sofa bed. I was told they were in the dryer that they would bring them up. Waiting another hour. Called no one answered so went back down and was given a few dirty towels and told we don’t have any extra blankets. I’ll need to check storage and I’ll take it to you. Never heard back from her. Mind you we had 3 people in the booking and only given 2 towels. Not enough for everyone. And the sofa bed had no bedding in the room. I wasn’t asking for extra just what I needed for the room I booked. The staff were every short with me and had an attitude about everything I asked for including needing to split the bill. Oh and the price you pay isn’t the booking price. They charge more than the price you book for online still waiting for the bill to settle after splitting it.

The staff, the breakfast was simple but ok.
TV didn’t work, room was hot, no microwave ( which I missed when booking) room too small, not enough light, or outlets.

the t v did not work and was told it could not be fixed till the next day. the a/c was not cooling very well.. no towels when we checked in, then they brought us 3 small towels. with no in room phone svc we had to walk to front desk each and every time we needed to find out what was going on. asked for another room and after about an hour was told they were over booked. checked out and went to another hotel.

One of the better breakfast offerings I've seen in a long time! Both attendants were amazing but Pam was super amazing. She made everyone feel like family and made the entire breakfast experience comfortable and like home! The staff at the desk were equally superb.
Can't think of anything--great value for the days we were there.

I booked a room for my mother and aunt online so, they could attend their brother's funeral. The website said my total would be $143. Once at hotel, my mother said there were roaches in the bathroom. The beds were not comfortable and the blanket was thin and rough. They had to use multiple blanket cause it was cold in their room, even after trying to adjust the thermostat. They were not told that they were going to be charged for parking, but the clerk told them she would waive the parking fee this time. When they received their bill the total was around $153. However, on my bank statement I am being charged $170. They were not told there was going to be an additional cost or why they were being charged. I will be contacting the property on Monday, June 12th to sort this out.

I loved the stay and on our last day which was Thursday morning the breakfast was amazing! The lady working went above and beyond! She was so nice to us and want to return just because of her. Wednesday morning the breakfast wasn’t good and half put up, the lady working it wasn’t the best but Thursday a new lady was working and made up for it.

Convenient location not far from the beach and very close to a shopping center just by a Barnes and Nobles book store with a good cafe, which is very unique. Nowadays it is hard to find a nice bookshop.
The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
Towels were very soft and clean.
Breakfast is simple but very good. There is always some sort of hot eggs scrambled or omelette, sausage, crackers with gravy but they usually vary the hot dishes every day. You can make your own waffles and there are fruit yoghurt and some fruits also. Better than we expected. There is an elderly lady who prepares the dishes and takes care of the guest. She refills the breakfast buffet and always asking if anyone meds anything she is the person to turn to.
Overall I have a good impression of this hotel. Sorry but did not take any photos.
There was a peculiar smell. I checked the air filters of the air conditioner which were dirty. I suppose a thorough cleaning should have been done earlier on these AC-s. The hotel shall do it without delay.

The staff were friendly and helpful! They were able to give recommendations for nearby restaurants. I even dropped my wallet while walking out in a rush, and the front desk attendant (I believe her name was Simone), ran out to hand it to me. She was so helpful our entire weekend! Also, the location was perfect!! There were so many options for eating and shopping within walking distance!
There was nothing we didn't like. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing!
